Works well, keeps the rail nice and hot, i have a 1200 high towel rail, was concerned the element would not heat enough, but no problems at all.

Working alright but mains cable length should be at least 140 cm

Was really pleased that I could bring my old towel heater back to life just by replacing the element. Heats up quickly, so I've plugged it into a smart-socket so that it just needs to be on when I need it.

Nice component but the chrome cap over the cable won’t locate - looks like the inside is wrong with flashing stopping full location .Will have to modify.

Cheap junk not worth the money ,time or effort fitting this item ,the first one failed after 4 weeks ,they sent a replacement,and guess what that one has just failed 😞 absolute pile of cheap junk ,do yourself a favour and go to a plumbers merchant and buy a decent replacement ,one star because i couldn’t give it no stars .

Arrived with Amazon's now legendary speedy delivery. Better quality feel than the cheap ones available from the trade centre that rhymes with Crew Pics. I had 2 of those before this one which both stopped working in fairly short order.When the postman delivered this one I had high hopes because it came in a toblerone shaped box, but unfortunately it was just a heater element inside. Fitted a treat, no leaks, fired up straight away and has been working faultlessly since I put it in. I run it off of a fused spur timer so it comes on for a few hours in the mornings and again in the evenings. Perfect warm dry towels.
