I actually got this before going on vacation, and loved it so much, I bought another one for while we were there. I have 2 dogs, a beagle and a terrior, and they shed!!!! I have a Eureka corded vacuum, which does well, but hate having to pull everything out all the time. This one is PERFECT for in between. Or, honestly, all the time. I was expecting it to not hold a charge for a while, but after 30 solid minutes of vacuuming, it still had power. What you see is ONE PASS in my front living room! And, I just vacuumed 4 days before. I couldn't see it, but figured I would test it there. Boy was I surprised. Also, as you can see, the hair does not get all tangled up in the brush bad. It was super easy to clean off. Also, the canister was a simple push the button, and dump the hair, and go at it again. I mounted the plate on the wall in my mud room, and just have it plugged in there for easy access. The best part is, it fits under ALL of my furniture. Very happy, and hope the battery holds for a very long time!

I was in need of a new vacuum that would be effective on our carpet upstairs and our hardwood floors downstairs (as well as carpeted stairs). I did a lot of research, and settled on this vacuum instead of the Dyson, because this was so much cheaper and had great reviews.Pros:-Super lightweight and easy to maneuver. My two teen boys easily use this all the time.-Detachable handset for stairs which is great!-Easy to hang on the wall and comes with a hanger-The spinning brush in the floor vacuum was the selling point for me, because this is very hard to find in one of these models. This makes it much easier to use on carpet.-The base is lighted so when you are vacuuming you can see in front of you-This is perfect for apartments or smaller spaces, or as a second vacuum-So far has held the charge very well for us.Cons:-I don't believe the suction is strong enough for thick carpet. This vacuum is better for smaller carpeted spaces. I still need to use our regular vacuum once in awhile to get big messes on the carpet. I also don't know how much dirt is actually getting sucked up vs. our regular vacuum which seems much stronger.-You need to empty the canister after almost every use because it is small and fills up so quickly.-The brush gets easily wound up and stuck if you have pets or hair on the carpet. We have to frequently take it apart and cut the hair out - way more than our normal vacuum.It's almost like a dust-buster with a long handle. But it does the job and we are pretty happy with it.

I had this vacuum for about three months and I loved it, it worked perfect, wasn't too loud, did the job and everything was going great. My dog sheds insane amounts that I usually had to sweep my wood floors everyday and thought this vacuum could help with that and I was at times cutting the time in half and only having to vacuum every other day or so. One day I turned the vacuum on and it started making this awful noise and wasnt sucking anything up. I tried cleaning everything, taking it apart, cleaning the filter, making sure there was no hair or anything stuck in the bristols, letting it chill for a while and then starting it again. Nothing worked and now I'm back to sweeping everyday and without a vacuum again.It was great for those three months, but now is completely useless. Partially wish I would have saved up for a higher quality vacuum the first time around, but maybe for some people you'll get lucky and yours will last longer.

This thing was great in the beginning but it is now eight months old and it is a piece of junk. It’s like the suction has just completely died. I have taken it apart and checked it and put it back together and there’s no difference. When I turn it off a bunch of dirt just falls out of the bottom. Like it didn’t have enough suction to get it to the container at the top. I wish I could complain to the manufacture or return it but I guess I’m just stuck with this lemon of a vacuum.

I want to give this product a better review, because their support department was very helpful; however, the product is just not what I had hoped it would be. I ordered this around the holidays, but due to a remodel did not open it for several months. I missed my return period with Amazon and instead did a direct warranty replacement. On the plus side, it is small and great for under furniture since it extends completely flat. Unfortunately, the suction is terrible. It was mediocre at first, but quickly lost most of its suction power and left a pile of dirt whenever it was turned off. The new unit is better, but still just doesn’t have the suction power I had expected. It can get dog hair or a clump of dust, but a raisin or a piece of a cracker is just left behind. If you have kids to clean up after, this is probably not going to work for you. There are many other options that would be money better spent.

I was hoping to really love this vacuum. I purchased it so I could get rid of my broom and dust pan for light daily cleaning. It works awesome for dust and hair, very light duty stuff. The suction is not cut out for more than that. I have a rabbit and occasionally his food pellets get kicked out of the cage. The auction can’t even pick them up. And every time you turn it off, it dumps a pile of whatever it wasn’t strong enough to suck up, all over the floor. So then I have to get the broom out. I should have just bought the dyson, I am now. The pic shows what falls out of the head when you turn it off, that it couldn’t suck up

I keep learning the hard way that you get what you pay for. I really couldn’t stomach the price of a Dyson but I really wanted a cordless vacuum. I did lots of research and the reviews were good for this one and it’s not totally bad (it’s lightweight, maneuvers well and is indeed cordless) BUT it has a major flaw: dirt/debris falls out of it if you don’t clean the filter every single time you vacuum. I’ve never had to do that so often with a vacuum and not doing so hasn’t resulted in stuff falling out of it. Don’t buy this.
