Danxia Ceramic Constellation Mug Coffee Cup, Gold Plating, Porcelain, White (Pisces 14 OZ)

I received my shipment today and was excited to use my cup. When I opened it however, it had already been USED! The whole cup is sticky, there's drink residue in the bottom of the cup that's sticky, the hande has crusted on food prints, the outside is dirty/dingy, and the handle has paint chipped off. When I buy a new item I do not expect it to be used, disgusting, and broken!

I like the mug, it does it’s job. I hate that the description states that the mug is microwave safe. I was concerned about the gold rim but since it was stated that it is in fact microwave safe, I assumed it was just paint. The mug is not microwave safe and I often must reheat my coffee, almost every time I forget and am reminded by the popping and must pour it into another mug to reheat. My husband brings me coffee in bed every morning and rotates between my mugs- I don’t have the heart to tell him to stop using this mug he requested that I buy to match his mug.

It was exactly like the picture. Really pretty.I gifted it to a friend and she loved it.I also bought one for myself and Im really happy with it.Comes well protected.I highly recommend

This cup was either not finished or filthy of of someone’s deck and put into a box and shipped. I was not pleased or impressed at all

I purchased because I needed a microwave safe mug for my mother's house. Love the mug. Just be aware the gold detailing around the brim of the mug sparks in the microwave and I've only had it for less than a week and its coming off.

Got this as a gift for someone, but its of good quality, decent size.
