I bought the tank for my wife since she is trying to lose some weight, and she loved it!It is very slim, you sweat very quickly with it, it flattens your stomach and also provides very good back support. She works in retail and is standing for 12 hours a day or more; the other day she used it at work and the top helped to reduce her back pain.It is very thin but strong, you can work out and do abs without a problem. Overall a very good quality product.I bought a similar product for me, but it restricts the movement of my arms while playing sports, so I think I am going to get one for myself!

I own a lot of waist trainers and body shapers this is probably my favorite one! I definitely would recommend this to other people if they want to sweat when they take walks it was cool outside and I came back to ripping wet from a half an hour walk loved it fits perfect 2! And for the people that don't know how to put it on if you have a hard time doing it over your head pull it on from your feet.

I never would have believed my results had I just read them in someone else's review! I paired this vest with the Training Girl Neoprene Capris. I wear them everyday even if it's just around the house. I have been on a weight loss journey for a little more than two months & had hit a plateau. After wearing the vest & capris together three times, I had lost 3 1/2 pounds!!! Truly I put them on in the evenings Wed, Thur, & Fri and had lost that much by Saturday morning!

Very good product. It is a strong material but not heavy. It will have you sweating when you work out. I love this top. Looks just like the picture.

To be honest, my figure didn't change in shape, but my skin became much smoother and softer.It's somehow big, I ordered large because I wear large size. and maybe this why it didn't show any changes, everytime I move I feel cold air because its not snug on my body.In general I like how my skin turned after using it couple of times.

AMAZING! This will give you results. From one day of wearing this during my workout, I sweated twice as much. This is true to size. A little hard to take off and put on, well because it issupposed to fit fitted. It does NOT atoll up when you sit down or while working out! It is overall a great SAUNA VEST! I highly recommend it!

I received this item at the expected delivery date. At first putting it on I thought it would be too small but once I got it over my chest and on, it fit nicely. To my surprise it was also very comfortable. Although the back scrunches up some, it’s no more than what a normal shirt would do, and the length is very nice and won’t roll up. One thing I like the most is that the straps are not think and resemble more of a bra, with other styles I’ve tried I had the issue of rubbing near my armpits: this is not an issue with this style. I wouldn’t mind wearing this under my everyday clothing. Have not worn it long enough yet to experience the sauna effects, wore it just around my house and did notice some slight sweating though, but did not feel it. Overall, very satisfied.
