Southland Archery SupplySAS Premium Recurve Takedown Bow Case with Pre-Cut Foam

I bought this case for the Samick Sage takedown recurve bow. I'm glad the cut foam pieces were not removed from the case, so that I could stuff some of them back in and trim as necessary to make the case fit the bow better. Still not sure what bow this case is cut for, but you can definitely customize the size and padding as needed. The only issue I have with the case is that if you carry it by the hande and the case is not overstuffed (say, with that extra padding cut and filled back in, or just your other soft and squishy archery supplies), the pieces can fall out of their compartments because there is not much protection provided by the lid, and it is just loose enough for things to move around. However this was a good buy for the price and I don't need the case for any purpose other than going back and forth to/from the archery range (no flying, etc).

I got this case for my 55lb draw Spyder Takedown Recurve Bow. The case did fit my bow but was a little bit big (you can see in the photo). It does seem to protect the bow pretty well for transport though. I feel like they could have cut out a few more pockets for like the hex key and the bolts which is used in many of these recurve bows. Also, maybe another slot for a survival long bow or something which would have easily fit in this case also.The main reason I took 2 stars off the product is because of the quality. As you can see from my photos, some parts of the foam was not properly glued. It was like this out of the box. I feel for a product that calls itself a "premium bow case", the manufacturer should have put in a bit more care and effort into making the product.

PERFECT, my 9 yr old is in 4h and this type of case was shown to us during one of our meetings. This one came and it is actually bigger then we expected so she now she can grow "in to it". As she grows and needs a bigger bow it will fit. It has three pockets.

I ordered this case because it was advertised as being made specifically for the Samick Sage recurve bow. And sure enough, it was a perfect fit. It is well made and has plenty of pockets for bow accessories. I was more than pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it to any Samick Sage take down recurve owner.

It works. I put a cut out piece of stiff foam (floor puzzle mat foam) inside the flap to help hold the bow in place when carrying. It worked. The bag is not super sturdy but it does the job of carrying My bow and strings and stringer from one place to another safely. I believe with some care this bag will last a few good years. I've used this bag every weekend since purchasing (3 months) The zipper and stitching are cheap. Not the highest quality but it's a cheap bag.

The case is just as described. I love the foam cut outs/inserts that fit my Samick Sage perfectly. The case also has a good amount of storage for other items.

Great soft bag. The foam is already cut for the limbs and riser. The best part is, the cut outs are in the case and you can adjust the fit of the limbs. There is a net storage pocket on the back of the top for accessories. Overall, a pretty big bang for the buck.

Love the outer case, terrible flimsy foam inside. I took that out and made my own custom foam insert out of high density foam.
