Great taste and very strong.
Very strong taste which is a good indication that it's recently fresh dried as I usually buy small jars of dried ground ginger and are very weak in flavour not very strong taste. So I advise if using to bake ginger bread or cake to use less as it's very strong and pungent aromatic smell.

Short sell by date
Bought this ginger powder in April 2024 but sell by date June 2024.

Excellent Product
It has a lovely sharp, tart taste. A vital part of my morning golden milk daily routine. This is great stuff.

Disappointed with Best before date.
The media could not be loaded. I was so excited to collect my goods, I just unpacked parcel and noticed sell by date is 30 sept 2022.I am disappointed with this because I dont expect to get a package with a shelf life several months after purchase.I would like another package but no refund on this product.If I am very particular about dates now I'm gonna have to either use this much more than intended or its gonna go to waste.

Disappointing use-by date
On the plus side, this is a very flavoursome organic ginger powder which I would happily recommend. On the minus side, this was purchased mid-May 2024 and has a use-by date of 30th June 2024.That's a lot of ginger powder to get through in a relatively short period.Worth bearing this in mind......loss of 2 stars for this.
