Nike makes the worst yoga mat I have ever used.
Horrid mat! The fabric side slides on a studio floor. The overall mat stretches as you do downward dog and the mat is too thick in general. No way this is designed for yoga. Nike should know better. I want to return this. This product is not cutting it

On the grey only side - the material feels great. It's pleasantly spongy.My greatest issue is that is stretches. When I did some pilates moves, I've nearly fallen over because of this. For instance if you are doing downward dog the mat elongates!Another concern is that it isn't as anti-slip as required. I have tiled floors. My previous pilates mat stayed put, this mat moves.A minor quibble is that it's already stained (on the all grey side) and it's difficult to clean. Also the fabric on the other side is very difficult to vacuum.I'm very disappointed with this mat - it would concern me at any price but to make matters worse it was very costly compared to other mats. Usually I would give away a perfectly good item (apart from the stains!) but I wouldn't give it to anyone due to the potential risk.
