I like the concept of a mobile heating pad. It targets my back pain nicely. The one thing I do not like is that the belt only stays charged for approximately 2 hrs. Then it needs to be recharged. I purchased a compact battery pack which now keeps the belt charged and working for a significantly greater time frame. (5-7 hrs more)

This is an Amazing product! I get such relief walking around at work and being able to use this. I am a nurse and I am on my feet all day, bending over and straining more than I should. This is a wonderful solution and alternative to taking medication daily. My back feels loose and relaxed after using this. I took off one star because the portable charger it came with is only 4000 mah. But not a big deal I found a small 50,000 man portable charger that fits in the belt pocket and it was only $10 on Ebay- so you get way more use than using the one that came with this. But the belt itself gets seriously hot. But not too hot to burn of course. I was quite impressed with it. And the material/make is excellent quality. It is also lightweight so perfect to throw in your work/gym bag, use while driving in traffic, laying in bed watching a movie. It is very versatile and can be used other places like legs and feet. Very worth the money!

It is early morning and I have my heating belt on. I have back problems and discovered heating this heating belt recently. Easy to put belt on, charge the heating unit and not only wear the belt, but are free to walk around without plugging in the belt. It has 3 levels of heat which are easily turned on. The price is right as well.

I've had this for a few months now, using it for 30ish minutes each morning. My conclusion is that it is in fact a decent back warmer. Yes, you're maybe only going to get 1-2hrs on the highest setting with the supplied battery -- but people, buy more batteries! Or plug it into a USB power supply.My complaints, and the reasons why it doesn't get a 5 star rating from me:1) the USB to barrel jack cable is terrible. Too long for use with a battery pack and most relevant: it will stop working in short order due to wire breakage! And good luck finding a reasonable replacement that's any better due to the unorthodox connector combination (I opted to Frankenstein it!)2) the Velcro is very weak.

First off, I really like this portable back heater. I have used a conventional heater before for my back, but never infrared and found myself wishing that not only that I had gotten this earlier, but also a plug infrared heating pad for home instead of the conventional one I did buy.The power bank that came with it is fine. It didn't last long on the hottest setting, but I found that setting surprising too hot and liked the medium heat the best, which the power bank had enough juice to last for maybe 4 hours (never timed it, so just a guess). The wrap worked with another power bank I had (an older, lower capacity Anker brand one) and between the two I had enough juice to do what I wanted. Never tried it with a legit 10,000 mAh power bank, but that seems like a great capacity for this heater.I used the wrap all the time, even plugged into an outlet for home use sometimes since I liked the feeling of the infrared heat so much. However, with all this use the cable (which is an awkward length, kind of too long for the intended use with a power bank, but not quite long enough to use with an outlet, but it can kind of do both I guess) stopped working. If I jiggle it, the button on the wrap might light up for a bit, but never for long. The cable is a weird combination of ends so it can't be easily replaced unfortunately.In summary, great wrap, good enough starting point power bank (can always get a better one if you need it), but the cable is annoying length and it didn't last long for me.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT!!!This actually doesn't deserve any stars because it doesn't work. I just opened this up yesterday.The battery does not charge or work unless it is plugged into the electric outlet. I let it charge for over 12 hours and when I tried to connect it to the belt, the battery did not work. The so-called "instruction manual" is a little piece of paper that is very sparse and woefully inadequate. Doesn't describe or explain anything. I suspect that becasue it has been transcribed into English from a different language, the translaters did a very lousy job. I tried to call the onlynumber provided (an internation number) and got a recording that it was not a number in service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PRODUCT!

So so so happy!! I live in a school bus I’m converting and thus don’t currently have power so the fact that this is rechargeable is amazing. I can plug it in at coffee shops or in the 200w inverter on my cigarette lighter while I am driving. I have chronic pain so this is a complete game changer for me. Not only that, but it acts as a little personal heater for me and helps keep me warm. It’s very comfortable. I think I could easily go to the gym or play sports while wearing it

I thought the heat would radiate through out the entirety of the belt. It's in I've area only. Definitely does not get hot enough for the pain that I have, and the first time I used it battery life was great. Not so much now, and I've only it about a week. And used it 4 x. The belt is also big. They should have sizes. I'm 5'2 and this thing is very inconvenient and uncomfortable for me to sit, stand, lay. It's just big and bulky for my body.
