I bought this weight bench as I haven't always had the time to make into the gym and I really liked the idea of being able to get some training in at home. The bench arrived well packaged which was reassuring. I found the instructions to be very clear which made getting it setup very easy. I've had a workout on it already and was impressed with the simplicity of the incline and decline, making shoulder presses and rows comfortable. The build quality seems to be good as well and I'm sure this will withstand the test of time, no doubt seeing a lot of use! Padding on the seat is medium and isn't too soft nor too firm. If you want to save space and don't have loads of room in your house like myself, it's possible to stow it away. I'd say this bench offers excellent value for money and is perfect for exercising at home.

I'm so lucky I bought this bench early January just before this whole pandemic mess started. It was cheap and folds away easily. It is not the most sturdiest bench but does the job. You cannot do certain exercises if you need to lean on it and put your full weight on (I.e. dumb bell rows with bench in up row position). You will have to put the bench in front of a wall to stop it collapsing. one other thing - it is quite a high bench in comparison to normal gym benches. This can be a problem if you will be varying your exercises on this bench. I am 5"5 and cannot get into a good position to do dumb bell concentration curls. I use a normal house chair instead.Overall this is a very good value for money bench. If you want a more sturdy bench you will have to pay more, however there are ways to work around these problems.

Bought to supplement our home gym during lockdown, this product is sturdy enough for safe use by a 100kg person, comfortably padded and folds easily for storage when not in use. Back incline adjustable from just below flat up to not quite vertical (about 80'). Has foam covered rollers for sit-ups but these are not adjustable so rather awkward for those with longer legs. Delivered securely packaged in double cardboard boxes, quick to assemble and with instructions for some basic exercises. Build quality appears as good as for much higher priced models, so all-in-all a very good product for a great price!

I wish I had purchased this earlier as I had been looking for a workout bench since the lockdown and they have been out of stock everywhere for months now. It was very easy to assemble, took less than 10 minutes. The incline and decline feature is the main reason I bought this bench and it is very sturdy and secure once set into a position. There is a lot of padding, which makes it a bit too comfortable for a workout bench, but I'm not complaining. I'm pleased with the overall quality of this bench, it was promptly delivery and I'm very happy for the price I paid for it.

As with most of us I needed something at home to replace my gym being closed and went for this to compliment the weights I already had. It assembles fine and looks nice. However, it is not sturdy as most have stated and certainly isn't the size that the image online portrays it to be.The model sat on the bench in the online photo is superimposed on there and he has been scaled down to make the bench look larger than it is. I am 5'10 and the bench is too small in width for me. It is also about an inch too high so occasionally my legs dangle when I'm doing hoirizontal chest exercises.It's sturdiness is also in doubt. It's a folding bench with pins in 3 locations to allow it to fold when not in use. Unfortunately that creates 'give' along its length with about 3 inches of travel. That coupled with the rear horizontal support being too short gives you a worrying wobble when you lie down carrying anything other than about 16kg. Not bragging here (it's to give you a benchmark) I press 28kn dumbbells and I feel very unsafe.It's horizontal position isn't actually horizontal. It's about 5 degrees inclined so that's frustrating. It's decline position has 2 settings. 5 degrees and 5 million degrees! I jest of course but there's no inbetween. The 5 deg isn't declined enough but the other setting (the final one) is too far if you have flexibility issues in your back. Also, the final declined position isn't stable on the back rest. It gives and isn't solid so that creates concern too.All in all, if you want a seat and a basic bench for your garage then you can live with it. I know I can. But if you want real stability then you will be disappointed.

The bench is easy to assemble, is adjustable and fairly stable for the price. It looks very smart in a black and red synthetic material. Having unpacked the bench I was disappointed to find it had a small tear in the back support. On contacting the Company they offered excellent customer service and after some discussion replaced the damaged bench with a new one which arrived promptly and in perfect condition. If a reasonably priced home work out bench is required then I couldn't recommend the bench or Company highly enough.

This is a perfect starter bench if you want to do some lifting at home. Fits under my bed and can put it up\down in seconds. Feels safe and comfortable lifting 40kgs

The bench arrived promptly and after unboxing the weight it bench took about 10 minutes to assemble and i was so surprised how good the bench looked and how good the quality of the bench was.Definitely recommend !!
