Any problems with securing the frontal right lung?

We got it for Christmas of 2021, no problems with anything falling out for us.

would this be helpful for adults as well? to have this visual and tangible model....

The model is not to scale but is helpful when learning about the human body. My 5th grade students find it useful.

I've seen a lot of "my 4 or 5 year old" likes it. Is it appropriate for an 8 year old girl?

Yes, I have an 8 year old daughter that loves it. She is really into the human body and it's very detailed and the booklet has great information. I feel like this is better for 8 year old children because there are some more complex information. It also makes a great book end.
