Definitely took longer than I was hoping for it to show up. The seller was great with providing updates and assurance that it was coming despite FedEx not updating tracking information. The chandelier was packaged well upon opening, nothing was broken.My significant other had to assemble and install it, it was not easy, and the instructions were not helpful. He noted that he had to make his own screws, which I think was kind of a pain.The finished product: beautiful. See the picture. The recommendation from the seller is to have a professional install it for you, and we agree. I am lucky to have a partner that works construction, but if you do not have experience, then definitely hire someone. Factor that into the cost.

Lit fad lighting has extremely poor reviews on their website, but their lights look fabulous, with a wide verity of styles and colors. I was hoping that by ordering through Amazon, I would be getting a product that met standard codes. The light arrived in pieces, not wired , and with no instructions. My electrician swore constantly while trying to get it together. The pieces were not the correct sizes. He had to cut the central connecting rod, as it was too long and was damaging the wires. He had to replace the ceiling bracket, as it was substandard. There were a couple of other problems. The wiring is very light, so only LED bulbs can be used. So, buyer beware. Even thigh they are selling it through Amazon, it's still not right. Hey, Litfad, why don't you guys just up your game and start selling decent materials? Your lights are beautiful, so why not make them actually functional?

This is a beautiful light. It puts out a lot of light in our kitchen. We are very pleased with it and would buy it again. One thing the instructions that come with it are awful. We pretty much put it together using common sense and trial and error. We thought we had a problem and emailed the company. They responded and wanted to help.

LOOKS GREAT! Worth the price. Comes from China and takes a while. Mine arrived in tact but with all assembly required. It me took a few hours, and I have installed many lights before and have plenty of experience. It is fairly simple to put together just time consuming. Looks awesome, very colorful and bright. We are totally satisfied. Good price at $389, I saw this exact same light on other websites for over $600. I gave a five star review. Totally happy with it :)

Really like it. Instructions are not great, and no reason for the two holes in the plate cover since the center nut that holds the chain will hold the cover in place. The Machine screws are not long enough to reach the holes in the plate so can’t attach decorative nuts with provided machine screws. Otherwise really happy with it.

When I first ordered it, the lamp shipped but was lost in the mail. So I reordered it and it was more than worth the wait!!!

No instructions in the box. Should of price checked because I overpaid for it on here. Overall a gorgeous light
