Definitely rolls down
A little disappointed how this product rolls down when you bend over and definitely creates a muffin top. Made well and does provide support

Rolls down
I bought this as a back support to help ease the pain in my lower back. I didn't want to buy anything bulky. While this underwear was working well at the start of my workday at the office, it began to roll down hallway thru the day. I also noticed that my pants were slipping down. Needless to say, I had to go to the restroom numerous times to adjust it and pull up my pants! I finally just took them off!

Front rolled some.
The back support is very good , helped a lot with my back pain. I would have gave it a 5 star but it rolls down in front making it a little uncomfortable . I thought it was a little larger than expected. Quality is good.
