This product is so thin and flimsy, what is it supposed to hold in? Steel boned?? That is laughable, it must be aluminum foil or something. It is so thin, I thought the package it was shipped in was empty. This thing is not going to train anything. It is the equivalent to maybe a form fitting tank top. Not worth the 9.99. Not worth 1.99. Feels like something you’d find at the dollar store. I’m returning it tomorrow.

Super comfortable and helps with my posture! Easy to put on and soooo satisfying to take off.My waist is 34 and hips are 37 1/2 and I got a XXL. People notice how small my waist is and I’m super curvy when I wear it! Perfect hour glass shape.

I bought this hoping to use as a waist trainer and ended up using it for back support and what I bought it for! It offers support and trains my waist. It is made well and when I need a smaller size will buy from them again!

I'm not new to waist trainers. I recently had to get a new one because I lost mine while moving. I have a 31 inch waist, I'm 5 ft 3 and around 135 pounds. I got the M for a tighter fit but the L would probably fit more comfortable for anyone my waist size or a few inches bigger. Since I got the M it took me a minute to get on the trainer at the first hooks, but after each day I was able to go to the next set of hooks. Now I'm on the last ones. The trainer started to fray on day 3 near my hips so it's not exactly strong. It also doesnt feel all that tight and doesnt help control how much I can eat like most waist trainers, which may mean it's easily stretched out. For reference, I have a 17inch torso and it fits fine falls a little above my hips or an inch under my bust depending on how I adjust it to sit. So for anyone with a longer torso it may not fit as nicely. I think it has helped with my waist, but not so much tummy control, and definitely it will pinch you it you slouch so it is posture improving.

So I'm 98% sure they sent me the wrong size, this thing is off by a good 4 inches so I'm pretty pissed, knowing this can't be returned

Umm...I look NO different with it on than without it ...honestly I think I look fatter , I bought this to wear under a body suit to give me better curves and a smaller waist ....but thats clearly not what I got , However it seems to work for others so it could just be my body

I am 138lbs, 5'2 and 36D bra size... the small fit great! I am on the first notch right now but I am sure I will be going to the next notch soon, I just wanted to get used to it first. It will roll from the top if you dont sit up straight.. but overall, I love it. I had a tummy tuck and am supposed to wear a binder but its hard to get on by yourself so I opted for this and it is easier to get it on when no one is there to help.

It really stretches good and the hooks are in good shape and lasts long and adjusts to how tight you want it.

The fabric started to come apart after a couple of wears. Have had no issues with other it's in same sizing.
