The Sims 4 - Discover University - Origin PC [Online Game Code]

If you're a Sims 4 fan that wants something to *very* nicely complement Parenthood and Seasons both, definitely look no further than Discovery University! I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of all the many options in this pack—from how many classes your Sim will take each term (1 per week), to (finally!) biking anywhere in the worlds, to whether or not to have roommates (which may or may not help keep the place clean!) to deciding to investigative that mysterious Secret Society...There is a lot to cover that you won't get easily bored anytime soon!Personally, I thankfully haven't encountered too much in the way of bugs, and happily EA has been pretty prompt in fixing some especially annoying issues in their recent Patch Updates, so I'm almost certain we'll be getting fixes in December.Highly recommended pack for fans that want to help (or hurt) their Sims to succeed (or fail) in their future career of choice post-graduation!

Love the Sims

This expansion pack requires a lot of time. It is a lot different from the other University packs and has some unique features. Graduating with high honors requires more than just doing homework. You'll need to study, turn in projects, and give presentations. If you're looking to do more, there are different clubs and a huge common area to indulge in more college activities. It also comes with new job descriptions and skills.

I really enjoy this pack. The world and university idea is super fun, but I do have one big issue:Degrees are pointless. There’s so many jobs your sim can do and be successful in (ex. Astronaut) without going to university. It makes getting a degree seem pointless, and a waste of time. It feels more like an isolated experience then a stepping stone, almost like vacations w/ Jungle Adventure and/or Outdoor Living. I think your sims education level should play a bigger role with this pack.I do LOVE some things about this though.For one, the CAS items are to DIE for! The clothes are super cute and hip with great colors. When I first got the pack I thought it was Maxis Match CC but I was delightfully surprised when it wasn’t. I find myself using these clothes more then my CC, which is saying something. I also like the hairstyles we were given. The facial piercings are also a fantastic addition I personally thing should be base game.Secondly, the build items. The desks, beds, and dressers are all super fun. Although they’re meant for dorms I find myself using many University items to furnish the rooms of my child sims because of the many fun color swatches. The implication of mini fridges is perfect, and they’re great for rags to riches challenges or when you’re just short on simoleons.Lastly, bikes. I LOVE that this pack added bikes. I think they’re a great way for your sims to get around and they are adorable. One of those items I wish were base game, thought I think they fit this pack well. I give all my sims a bike, especially the city-dwellers.Overall, I’d recommend this pack for the CAS items alone. Although the university experience feels a bit pointless, the world is vibrant with fun sims and objects.

Code never arrived from Best Buy, so I decided to purchase one from Amazon instead. The code arrived as soon as I paid for it, and didn't have any issues at all installing. The game itself could use more features like sororities and frats instead of just having gender restricted dorms. The update made my game crash a few times before the hot fix update. Overall, a cool expansion that definitely adds more gameplay for young adult Sims.

Having this addon was great to what I wanted to test out the college life other then working a job

As far as receiving the product through amazon, it was great. The pack itself was simply okay. I’m a huge fan of the sims 4, I was disappointed with this pack. There are aspects I like, the rivaling schools as well as the clothes and build mode items. There was nothing extraordinary here, kinda of boring. I was really disappointed when I wasn’t able to attend lectures with my sims. I don’t hate the lack, I think it could have been better. I don’t find myself using this pack very often. Some more things I enjoy from it: The ability to have roommates outside of college play, earning degrees that can help your sim in careers, the look of the world, the college dorms, and bikes. If you’re someone that enjoys the stressful, yet realistic, college life; this is just for you.
