The company not responding to my rope issue. Need the rope replaced.
I just received this game and got it out to play with the kids. The middle of the rope is crissed crossed so can’t be straightened out. I can’t pull the rope out to correct it as it is tight in the little wood pieces. Not sure if it’s glued or what. The rest of the game pieces are fine. Just can’t play because of the rope. Disappointment for the kids and me. Please contact me as soon as possible. I tried calling the company several times. Left 2 messages to return call. As of now to no avail. I also e-mailed the company and no response. Your attention and cooperation are appreciated. Please advise. Thank you.

Family present for Grandkids
Grandkids are teen agers. What to get? The family are tree conservators - so they loved the idea a tree was planted in honor of the present. We live in FL so Christmas is warm and they have a big porch and nice grassy back yard. They loved it!! YAY They played it when I wasn't there and liked the quality and the fun. So it is a triple hit success! Easy to set up and put away neatly. The whole family played with it, so that is really good.

The tic-tac-toe game is a great addition for our family picnics. It has great craftsmanship, lightweight and very easy to set up the entire family has great fun with it.

Good quality and good value
The product arrived quickly and as described the wood has a very nice smooth finish. The rope grid just has wood blocks at the intersections, but they are not very heavy so the lines move a little bit. Wish this had spikes to fix it to the ground. But overall a nice product.
