I've always been skeptical about the "quit smoking" products, but I was desperate to quit and I needed help. I came across these pills and read the reviews and thought at this point I'd give anything a try that was affordable. I took my first pill (they are easy to take capsules) and it didn't take long to notice I wasn't craving a cigarette as bad as I normally would. For me, smoking was from boredom, while talking on the phone, and habit like after eating something. These pills help with all that. It curves the addiction. I'm actually thinking less about smoking after eating, waking up in the morning, and even when I'm just bored. The lung cleanser is definitely noticed! You'll soon remember what it's like to be able to breathe deep, easily, without issues. But remember, aside from the obvious addition of nicotine, smoking is also a mental challenge. These pills will definitely help, but you also have to WANT TO STOP smoking and COMMIT to it. I've always been told you can't make a change unless YOU want to change! With these pills, you don't have the go cold turkey (although if you can, then more power to you)! However, you will see a decrease in the number of cigarettes you're smoking, and with that continued commitment, eventually, you won't need or want a cigarette at all. I would recommend giving it a try and at such an affordable price, why not?Would I recommend this product? ABSOLUTELY!! Try it! For yourself, your health!Pros:They really do work! I'm giving 5 stars because this is a great product at a great price! It is NOT a miracle cure... you DO still need to use some willpower.It squashes those cravings down so much, though. It's like it takes that loud, screaming voice in your head that shouts "I want a cigarette now!!" down to a little whisper "I think I'd like a cigarette..." (you still have to say NO). So much easier to say "no, I will not have a cigarette" to that little voice rather than that loud obnoxious voice.If you're ready to quit, these are a great help! If you're not ready, nothing will help.I had tried a similar product with almost the exact same ingredients but it was three times the price (and it worked the same as far as helping quitting). I only took them for a month and figured I had it beat but after 3 months of no smoking I had a break down and stupid me picked up a cigarette again (promising myself never again). So I started to buy another bottle of those to quit again when I stumbled upon these and starting comparing the ingredients. Much better deal for the same stuff.Everyone knows smoking is mostly a mental addiction, oral fixation... so get your mindset straight first. I have been buying this product faithfully for years because it used to work. The last time I purchased I noticed I didn’t have the same feeling when taking it. I went to the reviews thinking I was crazy only to find out people felt the same as me. I looked on the bottle and sure enough the advertised ingredients are no longer in the product and you can tell. It doesn’t make you breathe better anymore, it doesn’t pull the mucus out all it did was make me feel bad. I won’t be purchasing anymore. I used to trust this company now I don’t have a clue what is actually in this product.

When I first started buying these I would have gave them 6 Stars if I could but the last two or three bottles that I have purchased have a bad taste and odor. They also come with powder from inside the capsule thoughout the bottle and in one of the bottles I had to through away 6 capsules because they were busted open so yes they help me smoke less and make my lungs feel better but the quality has reduced to the point that I don't even care to buy them now

I have been using this as a lung detox for over a year now. I was surprised to open the bottle and find the capsule size was almost half the size of what it typically is. Either it shrank in the mail or the manufacturer is following what so many other companies are doing: keep the price the same and reduce the size (hoping maybe the customers won’t notice). Sadly, I will have to switch brands unless they cut the price in half too.
