limit switch (ME-8108) - awesome product
1. The arm can be adjusted (extended or reduced in length). - add 1 star 2. It also works like a relay switch i.e. when the arm moves it can (depending on how you wired it), make or break a connection. Add 1 star 3. To switch on or off, the arm needs to move only 20 degrees (no need to move full 45 degrees). Therefore, unit is quite sensitive. Add 1 star 4. There is a rubber gasket that ensures good seal so less chance of moisture and dirt entering. Add 1 star 5. The arm is stainless-steel, good quality springs used, internal terminals are copper and overall construction is very sturdy. Add 1 star 6. There are 4 screw holes (at the 4 ends) to fix the unit. Conclusion: Easy to fix, use and it works well. So, total is 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Too good to be true.
I couldn’t believe my eyes about the quality. Amazing. Good for your projects. Two pair of contacts one NC, One NO. I just wish other manufacturers offer engineering products at this quality & at this price. It’s a gift for DIY enthusiasts. It’s so big not miniscule as I imagined.

Not worth the effort.
Very poor quality product. The arm vent easily with smallest of force. Had to junk it and go with alternate make (Ideal).
