Blown Away for the Price! Image Stabilization & Wifi are Game Changers!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is my second Camera from Campark. After first getting into filming some Action/4K I was searching for an affordable camera that could do what I needed, without worrying about failure. This camera DOES NOT DISAPOINT!Pros:-Image Stabilization is Huge, Makes bumpy or Rough Rides much Cleaner compared to stock-Easy to change Batteries & Charger included (Battery door Is on a Hinge, Much nicer)-Touch Screen is rather Helpful- Tripod Screw mount Built directly into Camera (Eliminated need for case in some applications)-Wifi/App help you see the screen remotely,-Hardware, Chargers, Cases & More Included Right in the bag!- product Packaging LOOKS GREAT, REALLY IMPRESSIVE IF GIFTED.Cons:-None that I could find yet, other than that the App is basic ,and could use some polishing. The Micro SD Built in, HDMI Out all work great.

Great budget camera with vivid colors video capture !!
After attempting this camera for a day being full time at home due to the scourge social-distancing circumstance, here is my take. Organizer Bag shown in attached picture doesn’t comes along with camera. I bought that separately from amazon.I bought this for my wife as I recently purchased another brand budget action camera for myself and my wife wanted a similar one for herself too when we go outdoor. But went for campark instead of the previous one due to better colors and microphone capability as confirmed in many online reviews. Fair to let you know I was using another budget camera for a long time which was non-touch and updated to these camera due to dissatisfaction with the past one. A touchscreen feature is must as per me.So why buy an Campark v30 instead of a GoPro? Taken a toll. The Campark v30 retails for beneath $100 USD, though the foremost current GoPro is around four times that! These come with a ton of extras. Mounts are consistent with GoPro additional items, so in case you've got got a GoPro, you will be able to utilize these with the GoPro as well.Pros- Picture and Video quality are quite good during daytime- Very vivid colors for both photos and videos- In general, the picture stabilization appeared not too bad.- Campark v30 battery is simple to charge. The included Campark charger base fits both of the two included batteries, which charge through USB.- You can also charge the camera directly with the USB cable- Campark v30 camera is supposedly waterproof up to 100 feet, which is pretty impressive- Video resolution available : 4K(3840x2160)/30fps, 2.7k/30fps, 2k/60fps, 1080P/90fps resolution and 20MP image- Campark v30 is easy to use. Easy navigations and even has quick swipe mode change functionality.- Microphones capture the sound quite well- Touch screen is responsive- The interface has vivid black with white background making it easily viewable even in the sun- Campark v30 gives you the ability to adjust your angle on the go- Equipped with EIS (or Electronic Image Stabilization)- 1350mAh batteries give you up to 3 hours of continuous recording. Making it perfect for extended filming in outdoor adventures.- Campark v30 works with the app over wifi to transfer the recordings to your phone anytime anywhereCons- The nighttime recording is a bit muffled but this is the case with almost all action cameras- It does not come with a microSD card and also carrying case- It doesn't come with Remote control too which is getting common these days with other productsFinal thoughts: I am awed with everything this camera can do. It has the major features of the GoPro Hero series. The camera works extraordinary, and for the cost, it’s incredible.

I'm a Demanding User -- This Camera for its Price and Features is Excellent. Customer Service a Plus
I bought this camera for road cycling which requires a long battery life, high resolution and frame rate, effective image stabilization and a large enough SD card to record up to 4 hours. Finding all that in a cam at this price point, i.e., at less than $100, is not possible. With a few modifications the V30 comes close. Where it doesn't -- battery, EIS at >60FPS, and SD card size (>128gb) no one else does either. That's an industry-wide issue at this price and it is not fair to hold CamPark accountable for that.It has a range of resolutions and frame rates which are adequate. I need a minimum frame rate of 60FPS with EIS. I can get that at 2K resolution, but not 2.7K or 4K. There is one other cam I know of that has EIS at 4K/60FPS but its video quality is substandard which negates its appeal. By objective and subjective measures the V30 is very, very good. It matches the promise of its description.Stabilization works well and its Bits/(Pixel*Frame) results from MediaInfo -- for those interested -- are .396 and .455 for 2K/60 and 2.7K/30, solidly in the .300-.500 range to make it a high quality video. Attracted by the higher score I tried the 2.7K/30 setting but found it too choppy because of its lower frame rate. Both settings can use EIS, same for 4K/30. EIS is NOT available for 1080p/90 or 720p/120. I've settled in at using 2K/60 for my videos and I'm pleased.I made two modifications. I solved the battery issue with an external 10,000 MaH power cell stored in my seat bag and cabled to the cam under the seat. I could take a 24 hour ride and still have enough juice. No thank you, even if there is the possibility of using a $550 1TB card. I modified the dust/water case to be able to plug-in the power cable while using the case. I don't ride in the rain, but it sure gets dusty in Arizona's desert. It uses the MP4 container for files. A major plus for me as a Windows/Android user compared with MOV.In sum, here are the pros and cons:Good:-Very good video quality-Electronic image stabilization which works as advertised-Touch screen. Use it, then try another without it and you'll agree.-Excellent customer service--responsive and committed-Big bundle of accessories-Battery charger -- not important to me but it's not present with some other cams where you only charge through the cam-Uses MP4 standard for recordingNot so Good (or features I wish it had):-Upside Down setting. (I record that way)-2.7K/60 and 4k/60 settings with EIS.-Capacity for 256GB card-In-depth, not cursory, printed user manual (Few do that anymore -- still a negative to me.)-Remote would be nice but I wouldn't give up anything for it.-Dedicated port for external mic. Not a biggie.-Using Lens Distortion Correction with EIS at same time. Honestly don't know if that's possibleThat's it. Recommend the camera and the fine support you'll get.

Great small camera
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. As a keen cyclist I wanted a camera to capture the odd moments that I experienced on my rides. This action camera fitted simply to the handle bars and was simple to operate via the large buttons on the waterproof casing. The camera came with a large number of accessories, so it could be ridged up for most situations. The camera itself has a standard tripod mount, although the waterproof case needed a couple of the accessories to enable mounting on a tripod, which was unexpected but OK.The only minor issue, hence 4 stars, is the very minimal manual that accompanies the camera. There are some minor grammatical errors, so I would guess the document was written in a foreign language and translated. Fortunately, the touch screen is very responsive and intuitive, so the manual was enough to get me started. I needed a few minutes to learn how to operate via the physical button, which is essential once the camera is inside its waterproof housing.I also downloaded the associated "Road Cam" app for my Android phone, which uses the same WiFi hot-spot principal as the Campark wild-life camera that I already use. Once your phone is connected to the Camera's Wifi, then using the App is simple; however, be aware that your phone will not like a hot-spot without internet access, so may try to drop the connection. The "Road Cam" app is OK for basic controls, viewing the live image (about 1 second delay) and downloading video etc. from the camera, but the video editor and sharing facility didn't work for me.I uploaded a short clip taken using the camera, so you can see the quality.

It's full HD 1080p at 90fps. That sold it for me.
TIP: to open the waterproof case you can use a teaspoon to pop the clasp open.TIP: this does it come with an SD Card so you need to buy one. It also requires the newer, faster U3 cards. This camera may well be 4k but let's face it not many people have the viewing equipment capable of handling this. What was more important to me was the fact it can record in Full HD 1080p at blisteringly fast 90fps. This speed is exactly what is needed when recording high velocity footage and is what was action cams were originally designed for.It also has an image stabilisation option which allows you to actually view the films without feeling like you are spinning around inside a tumble dryer. The waterproof case is a nice touch, it's a hard composite and will protect your cam from dust and damage from tumbles too. The clasp is quite tight but this is what makes it waterproof. The screen is touchscreen although you use buttons when in the case. I would have liked an option to manually focus an area when touching the screen. It comes with so many connection options so you should find one compatible for your own helmet/needs.The videos it creates are great quality so you will not be disappointed.

Enjoying using it already!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. We purchased this camera for our upcoming holiday and my husband tried it in the car as a dash cam and we filmed a little outside in the evening. We were very surprised how good the video quality was. We also very much liked the touch screen which is very responsive as well as the menu system. The camera comes with so many accessories! We can perhaps use it while cycling and skiing attached on our helmet. This camera will be in our bag always anywhere we go now. We really look forward using it on our next trip, until it will be useful as a dash cam!

Would have been ok except for audio issue
To be honest, for the money, I could have lived with this camera. It's not a the same build or picture quality of a GoPro, so don't buy one if you think it will be, but picture quality, stabilisation seemed pretty good. However, and I assume it was a fault with this particular camera, as the audio had a very noticeable low pitched buzz/tone on the recordings, both with the internal mic and an external one I purchased for it.Also, the phone app. was not very intuitive or easy to navigate and as others have mentioned, you gave to give it all sorts of permissions to access files and data? Mmm?Anyway, got a refund and now going for a more more capable camera.

Very good performance and specs for a budget priced Action Camera
Decided to buy this action cam after undertaking a lot of research on youtube. Bought this in Feb 2021 when amazon offered 15% discount on the price which made it an even more attractive buy for the money. I wanted a good budget range action cam with good performance, especially in relation to image stabilisation and general picture quality. In the end, after watching a lot of youtube reviews, some twice over, i boiled it down to either the Akaso V50X and the Campark V30, which are identical cameras internally, bar a few very minor differences. But the Campark won me over with very slightly better picture, image stabilisation, and sound performance, plus the fact it cost £24 cheaper than the Akaso at the time of purchase. At this moment in time and at this price, you cannot get better value for money, plus buying it from amazon was a safer and better option compared to buying elsewhere such as ebay, which incidentally, was the same price as amazon. So, about the camera itself, For me it came with everything i need except a remote control. Incidentally, the akaso does comes with a remote control. You will also need to buy a good memory card such as the one pictured, which i also bought from amazon. At the very least you will need a class 10 U3 AP1 v30 micro sd card, but i decided to pay a bit more for the AP2 version which gives faster read/write speeds to ensure the camera can perform at it's best. The akaso audio was reported as being too quiet and would really had needed an external mic which has to be purchased separately. However, the Campark V30 sounds good enough to me without an external mic, but you can use an external mic if you so wish, such as the Campark mic, or the akaso V50X mic which will also work on this action cam.The action cam firmware version was dated 3/07/2020, however, Campark do not provide firmware updates to fix any bugs, so you are stuck with how the cam performs out of the box. This is a shame because it does have a few bugs which if campark sorted out via firmware updates would make their action cams the best budget range buys money could buy, plus they would sell a lot more of them in the process. Not having firmware updates is a real let down in this day and age because nearly all new electronic devices start out with a few bugs which require fixing to improve performance and enjoyment of use. This is commonplace now, for example, consider how many times you get updates on your mobile phones! The following are some of the bugs which could so easily be fixed or improved via a firmware update:Audio gets out of snyc with the video, so may become an issue for someone looking to VLOG on a regular basis. One way round this was to do loop recording every 3 minutes as the audio out sync tends to happen somewhere between 3 - 5 mins, so by reducing recordings to under 5 mins minimises this issue. (The akaso v50x has the same problem because they are basically the same camera, but it is just more expensive!).In addition, try a combination of settings on the camera as it appears that this can also reduce the effect of this problem. You do have the option to use an external mic, but it is not clear whether this completely resolved the issue. As i don't intend to VLOG and/or have the camera facing me directly all the time, then this is not such a great problem because the out of sync audio is not so noticeable.Video quality is very good at the under £100 price range, but i do find it to be slightly over processed and a bit to sharp.I really wanted a action cam with a remote control so i could set up the cam next to my bird feeders and rodent holes etc, walk away and when the animals appear i could remotely start recording or take photos without disturbing them. Oh well, this was one sacrifce i decided was worth making.Regardless of the fact that there will not be any Firmware updates to correct these inherent issues, the Campark V30 still provides very good value for money, performance/price ratio and in my opinion, the best buy in the under £100 budget price range. I am very happy with my purchase, and well done Campark and Amazon for offering good discounts on Campark products, which makes buying this action cam a no brainer.Note; do not confuse this with the Campark X30, which is an older action cam, with interpolated 4k60 resolution (which itself is not true native 4k). Although the V30 and X30 are roughly the same price, the V30 is actually a better camera.
