I bought this because of the way it opens up to act like a small suitcase, but is very much a backpack. Whilst there's lots of pockets inside including a decent sized laptop pocket, there nothing on the outside for anything other than a passport or couple of notes. I'm pleased with it as a go-away overnight bag but wouldn't use it so much on a day out because of this. It can also be a little awkward to open up the bag fully as you have to move the straps out of the way

i just bought this because i just wanted a bag that is a bit more secure in the sense that the zip is right up against your back :)love the fact its got a USB out, so i can put my power bank in the bag with out taking up much room and have juice on the got for my phone, earbuds etc..its comfortable with the pads on the back as well, and i like that fact its straps are connected together at the back to make it that bit more durable than most bags :Dso overall, a pretty good bag for what its priced at :D

Very comfortable, sturdy and feels lightweight, whatever you carry. Also does an excellent job of keeping rain out. My only issue is that I have to keep the main compartment zips at the buttom of the bag, because they move easily when walking. Also, be careful when using the USB wire that connects to your portable battery. It can get damaged easily if not placed inside the bag properly.

The bag is alright and full of good ideas.... HoweverThe small packets on the sides (outside) are barely big enough to fit anything in.The pouch for the laptop is on the flap, rather than in the body of the bag, meaning that when you remove the laptop, the flap loses rigidity and can be more difficult to do up.It's difficult to do up!

There is nothing much to complain about with this bag. It is waterproof, has security features like a reverse zipper, causing the bag to open inwards, and ample laptop space. However, the zip kinks a lot if you pack the bag full, so I don't suggest it for heavy-duty work. Otherwise, the bag is great!

Very disappointed.Zip broke first use when I was trying to pack to go away on a trip and I could not use the bag because of it. Main compartment has a zip with two pull tabs (good for security). After returning I was able to get one of the two pull tabs to work, so if I force one pull tab to the side the other can zip the bag up. So the bag now shuts, but I would not trust it to be secure.Missed the returns window due to the trip.

This is a great product. In everyday except one. The lead on the inside that connects to your power pack is not rated high enough. I have had cables like this before. They look fine. However they don't let enough current through. If I connect my phone direct to the power pack it charges fast. Connected through the supplied cable it will keep the percentage the same but won't charge up. So it's a bit of a spoiler for me. Il source a better cable.

I have had this bag for a couple of months now, and at the start everything seemed ok.It seemed to be a very good bag, appeared to be quite sturdy and hard wearing for the first month.From month 2, there are issues with the stitching splitting, exposing the liner.I would not buy another one.
