The brackets are quite sturdy. I use this pair of brackets with a shelf board to create a folding shelf. They were so easy to install. It's very sturdy after being locked. The shelf on top of the brackets does not wiggle or move at all. And they are easy to fold down when not in use. And I don't have to worry about corrosion because it is stainless.I think they are also great for garage applications where an economical and sturdy shelf is required. Good value for the money.I will definitely buy these again if I need another pair.

These are very sturdy so far as I can tell. I also had to drill one of the holes bigger because the bolt I needed to put thru it was too large. That Stainless was hard enough for sure.They work well and are clean...

I actually used 4 of these to hold a long ladder horizontally at the top of my garage. Though this is not recommended, the supports work great and the folding feature allowed me the more easily fit them along the side of my cramped garage.

I used these to install a shelf in the vanity of my bathroom. We have a small bathroom, so it is nice to have the extra space, yet also be able to collapse the shelf as well.

Used those brackets to support my folding desk in my kallax unit. I used a drill extension for most of the screws. It is surprisingly steady and folds to 90 degrees. I will buy again.
