Very good waist trainer
I got this waist trainer to give me core support as I work on strengthening it . I also bought it to use under sweaters that accentuate my belly . This is a very comfortable waist trainer that you adjust bc it’s Velcro closure . Even though it’s longer than needed , it’s ok bc I can just wrap it snugger. I’ve tried the hook and eye trainers but they’re uncomfortable and take longer to put on . This trainer is so easy to put on and off, it’s wahable and also helps with posture . I’m very happy with this purchase. There’s no ribbing in this trainer , which I prefer.

Sweat
I love this belt , this is the second I bought, the other brand didn’t make me sweat , this is perfect , fit perfect and make me sweat and you can’t tell much that I am wearing it . Size according.

Helps increase sweat
I only used this a few times. It did make me sweat more than I do without it but don't see it truly "trimming my waist".

Bought it for my gf and she loves it. Wears it everyday and she says this one makes her sweat more than any other one she's ever owned

Does not curve waist.
This belt does make you sweat underneath. It stinks when you get it, so wash it first. It does help give back support and hopefully overtime will melt some fat with regular wear.

I was in the half way mark on measurements it still works pretty good just no long enough
It’s probably my own fault i ordered too small. I was in the half way mark on measurements it still works pretty good just no long enough.So just because you have a short torso and your guessing I would next time go a size up
