These definitely helped my blood flow after a while of taking them, also didn't hurt my stomach or have any adverse effects on my body. Capsules are a little big but if you take vitamins you should be used to it !

When you first open the jar you can smell the richness of the beets. No after taste. Seems to help with my energy. Good Stuff.

Great product, however it bloated me up terrible, I had to discontinue. With that being said my husband is still taking it and has no issues.
