Bought two. One was defective and const immediately beeped and went dead. It works not hold a charge. Replaced without problem. Both are working great. Last long time.

We were looking for new furniture and I desperately wanted a reclining couch but our room is set up in such a way that the power cord wold have to be run across the room. (furniture in in center of room with no outlet.) My wife was 100% against this. I thought all was lost until a salesman offered this option. We bought the one that was a step above what we needed because i did not want to have to charge it as often. All was well until the battery only last 5 days. NOT GOOD! I did some reading online and discovered that the light on the USB plug was draining the battery FAST. We had already read that we should not use the built in USB port with the battery. I reached out to customer service and they were super helpful in getting me the "power saver" parts and wires. They even offered a discount on them. The parts came and I took one look a the wiring diagram and FREAKED OUT. Not to fear they had told me when I ordered them to call if i had any issues. I reached out to them and they set up a time when we could conference call and they could walk me through it. Perfect! I was thrilled. Unfortunately I noticed a few days later that the light on one side of the couch was blinking. I called customer service and left them a message. The immediately called me back, I explained the issue and sent them a short video or the issue. They sent out a replacement part that fixed the problem. Its now been 4 weeks and so far I have not had to re charge the battery. My wife is thrilled with no cords and I am happily relaxing in my reclining couch! I'd also like to say that the customer service was AMAZING, these guys really care about making their customers happy. Not only did i receive a call from teh tech support but he owner of the company called me to make sure i got the right parts.

I ordered this to use on a power loveseat recliner that was nowhere near a power outlet. It works Great! A charge typically lasts 3 months on our use pattern. It appears to recharge easily. Once we traced the wire back to the junction, it was easy to hook into the chair system. It appears to be well-made.

Loved how easy it was to set up and the convenience of where we can place our electric furniture. However it has to be recharged weekly because we have dogs that need in and out a lot LOL. But it is great!

Terrible charge. One charge only lasts a couple of days. It takes at least 1 whole day to charge and does not work while it is plugged in. Waste of money.

Didn’t want electric cords lying on my floor for my couch,loveseat or recliner so I ordered these fantastic batteries. Charged them up and installed them in my furniture they’ve been installed for about a month now and work great when they run down you just recharge and you’re back in service. Definitely recommend and will get more when needed. Great product

Got this for my mother to have an electric recliner. The manual was too hard for her at 86. Had an older modle electric with a dodgey battery. This worked like a charm! fit perfectly where the E4 model had been.

I have gone through 2 charging cycles and it works good. We're getting about 3-4 weeks on a charge. With our setup the battery powers 3 recliners. I'm kinda glad one of the origional batteries failed. Good purchase.
