They had no effect on curbing the withdrawal symtoms. On the package it says give it 60 to 90 days. I used four patches in 4 days and no relief. I went to Walmart and purchased patches there. I applied it around 3:00PM and it started giving some relief around 10:00PM same evening.

The patches work the only thing is they fall off so i suggest using medical tapeto hold the patches on all day or 24 hours and also you need willpower to quit smoking and they should help you.
