There is nothing wrong with the product - it just ...
There is nothing wrong with the product - it just doesn't work for my application. I needed to extend the handle on a roller bag because of my height. I just need something more rigid. This allows the the bag to flip over when I am pulling it. It is not this products fault I just need to re-think my rigging.

Works great, with a little glue
The bag I have this attached to, is probably a little heavier than it's designed for. I put some super glue in both snaps, though, and it stopped coming unsnapped. It provides me just enough extra reach so that I don't have to slouch while I'm running through airports dragging my bag behind me. Well-built and sturdy, once I did my hack.

Worked like a charm
This was a lifesaver! The handle on my luggage was broken and didn't want to extend. After looking at the cost of replacing my luggage, I was looking for a cheaper solution - I ended up buying this. I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews but I took a chance. It worked very well! My bag is big and was pretty heavy at about 37-38 pounds. I had no issues with the snaps coming undone and the handle was so easy to grip. It made towing my suitcase almost effortless and saved me from having to carry it. I am glad I bought this handle, instead of expensive new luggage.

This item broke the first time i used it
I am 6’3” and a flight attendant. I bought this to help with the height. The first time i walked in the airport with it it broke at the seams. I had to throw it away before i even got to my gate. I would not suggest!

Ok for light weight, not for anything heavy
This works fine for light weight, but anything over say 20 pounds the snaps don't hold. They keep coming undone, which makes the product more frustrating than useful. Probably good for a small rolly suitcase, but not good for my wagon.

Bowling bag
I bought this for my tall nephew to use for his rolling bowling ball bag. It works well and extends the handle enough so he doesn’t have to crouch over as he’s rolling it.
