I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.Wow! This book is simply phenomenal. What can I say, Charlotte and Easton are full of surprises—I was flabbergasted with the unexpected revelations that happened, but it is jaw-dropping good! This story will keep you on the edge of your seat to find out what happened next. Not all of its surprises are pleasant ones, but there is a certain satisfaction in experiencing a thread that is so obstinately unexpected. Find out how Charlotte repaid her father’s debt—you will be amazed! The storyline is fluid, and the characters are extremely well developed. Clarissa Wild has constructed a deliciously duplicitous dark romance that will lure you into the wee hours and beyond that you will not be able to put this book down. You won’t regret reading A Debt Repaid!

Amazing!!!!!!! this book picks up where the cliffhanger left us from book 1. Charlotte had escape while on an outing......I have to admit I was at the edge of my seat to see how Easton was going to handle her being gone. I was pleasantly surprised to see the changes he made thru-out the two books. This duet is great! I cant wait to read more from this author, as her books always grab my attention from the first page.

Loved the ending!! Loved the friendship with Deion and Ashanti. Bless Jill for telling it like it is.Not a fan of Davis and the actions he took. The resolution by Easton related to Davis, were odd and I still don’t really get what Davis was doing and why Easton felt that’s what he had to do. But in the end, justice prevailed.Easton got his girl and love reigned, not possessions.

This was the wrap up of the intense yet satisfying story from Clarissa. At times I felt it was a bit incomplete, but I enjoyed the ending and she did manage to fit in a few twists. Looking forward to her next story!

Badly plotted, badly written, and terribly thought out. Dialogue is one cliche after another. Characters are unbelievable. Heroine is hated by her father (reason is never explained). She hates him in return but sacrifices her freedom to save his life. The father is unable to repay a loan so he .sells his daughter to a murdering (but philanthropic) thug in exchange for his life. It just gets worse from there. BTW this is the second volume of a two part series. First book is only slightly better than this one. Seems to me the author was trying to emulate Aletha Romig’s far superior “Consequences” series and failed dismally

Charlotte finally is free from Easton and finds someone that helps her but even free she still feels that at times she’s a prisoner, always looking over her shoulder.Easton will do anything to have Charlotte back, including getting help from the man he hates, he can’t function without her.Charlotte can’t believe the length gone to or that Easton would do something like that, she has no choice she knows the only way is to return to Easton to save her friends daughter. After finding out more information she realises that Easton may not be the monster she thought he was, but she still hasn’t gotten any freedom, deciding to give into him, she doesn’t understand when he says it’s what he wanted but he wants her to be ready and she’s not.Easton just wants Charlotte to love him, he’s prepared to give her everything for that love, his assistant lets him know that she sees that Charlotte has feelings for him, that could end up with love but he hasn’t given her the one thing she wants more than anything, her freedom.Can Easton give Charlotte the one thing she wants so she will she how much he loves her, or will she keep feeling conflicted seeing him as the guard to her prison cell.

Brilliant book you hate him because of what he puts her through but you want to love him at the same time loved it so much

This is the 2nd book and it was as good as the first, I really enjoyed the full story and I loved the main characters.I would recommend this book.

What a fabulous books, enjoy them so much will most probably read them again next year! Please keep writing x
