Edmond Fallot mustards are simply the best. Several years ago, my wife and I discovered this terrific product during our travels throughout France. We were very pleased to find this excellent mustard in specialty shops in America... and now on Amazon.The several flavors available are all marvelous -- a rich and elegant taste and texture with a wonderfully clean finish. All of these mustards are beautifully made and add a welcome lift to a variety of dishes and cuisines (it is difficult to pick a favorite flavor).There are a few high-end mustards available in this country and some are quite good. However, the Edmond Fallot product is rather special and brings back many fond memories of France. These yummy mustards put a smile on our faces every time. Try them yourself... you'll be glad you did.

Great mustard. I found that a bit of tarragon mustard is a wonderful addition to egg salad sandwiches.

TBH. Not a big mustard fan here. The thought of a hot dog slathered with yellow mustard disgusts me. But in small amounts it adds a delicious complexity. This particular one - the tarragon dijon - is wonderful in crab cakes, cream sauces with chicken or salmon, even a dab added to a bearnaise is lovely. An inexpensive way to treat yourself. PS - the walnut mustard makes an excellent addition to a vinaigrette over bitter greens.

I discovered this gourmet mustard several years ago. It’s my favorite! Good value for the price. It has a pleasant texture and the tarragon flavor has a pleasant fragrance and sweet but peppery qualities. Try it, you’ll like it!

This is my favorite mustard of all times. I use on any- and everything from hamburgers to making salad dressing. BUT, BIG BUMMER - and I see this has been a problem in other reviews - the last jars I bought were all messed up due to terrible packaging. Tops off the jars and mustard everywhere !!! Alas they said no returns but I pressed it through customer service chat and finally managed to get a refund. Why can't they just package it properly in the first place so people can enjoy this fab mustard instead of having to clean up a big mess and throw out? And then beg for a refund for damaged goods?

A friend introduced me to this Dijon tarragon mustard. I made grilled salmon and wanted to have a nice sauce to go with the salmon. I started putting various ingredients together, but the sauce needed something extra. I had this in my cupboard, so I opened it and added a small amount to the sauce in progress. It was just the right addition. It added a brightness and interest that had been missing. ( I also added a little honey, which gave balance ). I bought this two pack, because I don’t want to run out. This stuff is great!
