Fire Team Fit Weightlifting Belt, Olympic Lifting, Weight Belt, Weight Lifting Belt for Men and Women, 6 Inch, Back Support for Lifting, Squat and Deadlifting Workout Belt

This lifting belt feels like cheap cardboard and does not give me any confidence it will give me the support I need for lifting. The contour shape and 6" height looks good only on paper, in reality, that contour digs into the bottom of your rib cage. And if the hard part of the belt doesn't wrap all the way around to your belly, that long thin velcro strap becomes part of the belt that's suppose to keep your insides from moving but it doesn't do much since it is very thin and flimsy. Truth and transparency, I've been using both a Rogue leather Ohio belt and a Rogue Nylon lifting belt for awhile, the leather Ohio belt is much more expensive, the Nylon belt is not much more expensive, and there are other Rogue nylon belts that are even less expensive. When I lost about 3 inches off my waist line recently, those belts became too big for me so I decided to get something inexpensive and quick from Amazon but as I've found, this belt feels like cardboard and I have little confidence it will give me enough support. I went back to Rogue and found they have an "Echo" leather belt that's not much more expensive than this belt, got that one.

I love this belt. I have an umbilical hernia which will require surgery, I was not able to do as much in the gym nor tolerate certain exercises, more like a whole list of ones I could not do!!! This belt has changed my life!!! This belt has allowed me to continue to workout and keep my sainiaty, while pending my surgery! It is stiff but to me it's a good stiff and exctly the prefect amount of stiffness to help with support and posture. It Feels great and sized perfectly too!

Since when is 27 inch waist an XS? Since it was Velcro I figured I could adjust it to fit my 24 inch waist and most other belts out there with buckles can fit a 24 inch waist. I wanted something that could expand if my obliques got blocky from all the deadlifts I’m doing for my cure to program. First off the shape of this is poorly designed and in no way fits a woman’s form. My hips kept pushing the belt up into my ribs no matter how tight I would pull it leaving my lower back unprotected. I might as well train beltless because at least then I have more muscular awareness in my lower back.

I recently started lifting so I am on pretty low lifting weight. I purchased the belt primarily for squatting as I have a weak core and am double jointed. This has helped stabilize my core as well as help with my form. I was able to increase my squat weight by 30+ pounds just but use of this belt in the last couple weeks! My core is getting stronger as well so I'm hoping to really put this belt to the test in the future! I'm 5'2" and 125 pounds. The XS fits me well but there is a lot of excess strap.

I was able to increase my squat by 50lbs on Sunday and on Monday I have zero low back tightness or discomfort. Just tired glutes, quads, and hamstrings the way a leg day should make you feel. Excellent stitching detail with zero flaws, Velcro is sturdy and runs the length of the belt, and the belt has hardened inserts that provide perfect support for the lower back. I have 14+ years of weight lifting experience and a degree in Exercise Science, stop looking through Amazon because you found the right one!

I purchased this belt because it had a 6" width versus many of the others (including Rogue) that only taper out to 5". Very comfortable belt, and about $20 cheaper than top brand options. I wear 30" waist pants and got the XS. The belt actually fit a little bigger than I expected, but that's just based on my wife's XS Rogue belt that's probably designed for smaller waists. But there's plenty of margin for a snug fit if desired. 100% satisfied.

I have only rated it 4 stars because I have not had a chance to use it much yet. However I wanted to give my feedback on the sizing.I am a size 32 waist and the X-Small fits perfectly. If it was much bigger, I don't think I'd be able to tighten it enough. Some additional context; I am 6' tall, 178 lbs.Product arrived on time, in perfect condition. Looks great, feels great, and appears to be of excellent quality. (again, I haven't had the chance to use it much yet) And it matches my Fire Team Fit dip belt (which is also a great product), and everybody knows that having matching accessories is key to getting the most out of your workouts.

Lightweight, comfortable, easy to use and does the job. Not very rigid like a leather belt, but substantial enough to brace against. I typically wear a 31” pant and found the xs to fit perfectly with a slight overlap at the front. If the belt was bought too small I could imagine it not performing very well because of the narrow strap on the front not providing much support as opposed to the thicker portion.
