I love this leash!!! This is not your normal leash. This leash is very strong and contains a heavy duty clasp. With a squeeze of the thumb this clasp makes it easy to allow you to attach or remove the leash from the dogs harness. In addition, the leash contains a pinch clip that can be used for carrying a poop bag dispenser. There is also another square loop that could be used to tether another leash in case you are walking two dog. In addition to being strong, the hand loop is padded and is very comfortable which makes it very easy to control my dog when he yanks on his leash.

I have the matching collar for my dog. Looks great and feels like quality. Easy to latch clip and system if you desire to put add-ons. Easy to wash after going through the woods and swamp. Great product by carhartt

Could be sturdier to match the brand! My family loves Carhartt, we were so excited for this leash but it didn’t last long at all. It ripped after maybe 2 weeks

The quality and fabric of these is amazing! The large leash gives plenty of room for my dog to go ahead. My dogs a chewer and she has never damaged it but chewing. Chew resistance for sure! It makes it so easy to walk when you can clip it around your waist.

My dog absolutely loves this leash! I have a 7 month pound Aussie Doodle who loves to CHEW. Although I’ve had to re-purchase twice, I would again and again!

Color is NOT what it appears to be, not in the stock photos nor even in my own photos. I don't know why the camera can't capture the real color of this "coral" collar and leash, but I assure you it is in fact hunter orange. I expected coral to be a dusty pink, with maybe a hint of orange hue. This is just hunter orange. I wanted an actual coral/dusty pink collar and leash for my white and pink dog.I saw another review that said the same thing, that it was more orange than coral. Well I thought it looked coral in their picture so I took a chance. Take my word for it and theirs, the pictures (even mine) are deceiving. It's just hunter orange.Still 4 stars though for carhartt collars and leashes in general. I have the wine and blue and teal, all with matching leashes. But I was excited to get something carhartt for her that was a pinkish color.
