Wilkins Premium Midsole Marker for Customization Paint on Leather, Suede, Fabric and Soft Foam for 2-4 Pair of Shoes

I bought the black and white pens. I applied to a white Ultraboost midsole. First I cleaned the midsole and wait for it to dry. I applied 3 coats with several hours in between the first 2. Then a day before the third. I waited a day for it to dry and tried wearing for a day. The paint cracked all over the place. You can see the white boost. I wouldn't bother buying the black pen to customize white boost shoes. It just shows too much on the impact parts of the sole. If you don't mind repeatedly washing and reapplying, then you might be ok. Also, if it's just for show, it's fine. However, this paint compound just isn't a solution for this issue in my opinion.

This product did NOT work. The photos were taken after wearing them for a couple of hours indoor only at work in a dental office. I’m so frustrated because not only did it take a really long time to apply since I wanted them to look perfect, now I’ve also ruined this BRAND NEW pair of adidas shoes!!

I saw the Amazon choice award, so I ignored the review about the pen exploding and I paid the price. The first coat went on fine, if a little thin with white bleeding through in many places. I waited an hour, shook the pen, pulled off cap...and the tip and the ink went flying across my desk. I have an antique desk which will need to be refinished. My gaming mouse pad is ruined (I tried to wash it to no effect). I actually had put down a drop rag just in case but the ink missed that and hit the desk and pad instead. So you've been warned. The felt tip is not secured properly and it will come unseated quite easily. Don't make the same mistake that I have.

Instructions say to shake pen before use and as soon as started to shake it the tip came flying out and stained my carpet. I read other reviews where’s this seems to be common.

Fantastic product. It makes my shoes look new again. Will buy again for sure.

This is just what I needed to bring my shoes back to life. Easy to use goes on just right and no mess my shoes look just like when I first bought and they don’t even look like I painted them. I highly recommend this. I’ve painted two pairs of shoes so far and still looks like a lot left in the pen. Would be nice to have a thicker pen to fit more paint but this will do the job for now. I will be ordering more in the future.

So I was on Instagram the first time I saw this product and thought to myself “here goes another fake ad for a product that I’ll order and never receive or I’ll receive and it’ll be water with a white tint for $15” so I ignored it then came across it again on amazon. I can say I regret not ordering it when I saw it the first time. This product is a must have for anyone with foam boost-style soles. Let’s start with the price. Amazon has It for $10. That’s a very low price to pay considering you’re going to resurrect $120-$180 pair of adidas NMD or ultra-boost. I posted pictures and a video of before and after on 1 shoe with 2 coats the video being the first coat. My NMDs were stained from yellowing and its own fabric getting wet which is a flaw on adidas behalf but big thanks to the people at Wilkins for providing a simple easy to use product to clean up adidas mess. After 3 coats per sneaker for the pair you see posted I still have a little over 75% of the marker left. The price is unbeatable and the sole is whiter than what they were brand new. The marker hasn’t faded and I have water tested them, they haven’t yellowed! I’ll have an update on the black marker when I paint the white soles on my uncaged ultra boost all black. I recommend this product to anyone with foam soles not just adidas users. Thanks Wilkins

This thing is terrible it wasn't working so I tried shaking it a few more times like it says to do and the tip flew off and got paint on my floor and on my new Jeans somehow its avoided hitting my white tshirt go figure idk if I got a bad one or what but it's going to end up costing me alot more then $9 or whatever it was. I'd find a different product
