It lasted a year
I used this pan daily on an induction oven. After 1 year, it's warped so the egg yolks always roll to the sides... The surface coating is getting very rough so I always have to use oil.Regardless, nothing lasts forever.Warping: maybe they could designed it better. -1Surface coating: nothing lasts forever so it's not their fault. ----Oh, the screw was loose from day one but I never found time to fix the wobbling... -1

買って良かった
バッラリーニのパヴィア26cmを持っているが、フライパンの淵が斜めになっていて炒め物をする時に具材がこぼれやすいのがストレスになっていた。そこで淵が直角ぽいのが欲しくてこのフィスラーのフライパンを選んだが、炒め物をするのに理想的な淵だったので買って良かった。24cmの大きさも丁度良い。重さはバッラリーニより重い。作りはしっかりしていて安物ではない。耐久性は分からないので星4つにした。バッラリーニのフライパンは焼き物用にする。

Fissler Pan
So far so good. We bought this a month ago and have no negative comments to write.Time will tell.Heats up fast, retains heat well for slow cooking.Speedy delivery- everything as described. Happy with the purchase.

Nach drei Monaten schon nicht mehr zu gebrauchen
Nach 3 Monaten löst sich an einigen Stellen schon die Antihaft-Beschichtung obwohl die Pfanne immer mit einem Pfannenwender aus Kunststoff verwendet wurde.
