Increased my supply!
At about six weeks postpartum, my supply dipped for some unknown reason. I exclusively breastfeed and had also been pumping once a day so that my husband could occasionally give the kiddo a bottle while I'm cooking dinner, in the shower, etc. With the dip in my supply, Baby was still getting fed, but I wasn't producing enough to pump extra anymore. It was so stressful and I felt like I couldn't step away from the baby for even a minute. After a lot of research, I decided to try this stuff out in combination with increasing my water intake, and I'm very happy with the results! Within a couple of days, I began producing enough to pump an extra bottle, and even begin building a freezer stash by using my Haakaa to catch the increased letdown on the other side while nursing. This has has significantly boosted my supply!

Really great if you're trying to support your supply!
I used this for the majority of the first 12 weeks of my newborns life! It was easy to take and really helped steady my supply! Obviously there's more than just supplements that help build a supply, but I feel like this helped so much in the beginning! It also came highly recommended by my lactation consultant!

someone with a poor appetite or trying to diet after having your baby ...
It increased my milk supply but dropped my blood sugar.I'm 28, 5'2", and 110 (this to say that I'm healthy). Just be warned that it malungaay has this side effect and it's a serious one if you are a diabetic, someone with a poor appetite or trying to diet after having your baby (who isn't).I nearly fainted one afternoon as I was walking around my neighborhood. I felt very anxious and shaky. At first I thought it was a anxiety attack but I knew I had no reason to be having one. I've never had low blood sugar before but I'm an RN and see it all the time at work and knew that was what must have been happening. I came home and drank 2 tablespoons of sugar in water and laid on the couch. I felt better within 15 minutes.I'm giving it 4 stars because it did work for me to increase my milk supply but I took one star away because it doesn't advertise what could be a deadly side effect. If you buy this please keep some hardcandy with you.

Update 12 months in...
After being recommended fenugreek by a well-meaning friend (and it not working and causing stomach aches for my LO), I got advice from a lactation consultant who recommended malunggay. She specifically said try malunggay first and if that doesn't work, then mother's milk plus. I never had to use mother's milk plus.It takes time for this to work. Maybe 2-4 weeks. I took 2 per day, per the consultant's recommendation. Look at the instructions carefully; they recommend more if you weigh more, and they advise to only drink 1-2 oz of water at the time of taking it. It was one of those things where I didn't realize it was even working but realized I was supplementing less, and some days none. I decided to increase to (3) pills per day and got over supply.Once it started working, I ran out of pills and thought, maybe I don't need to take this anymore. Slowly but surely I noticed a decrease in supply. I started again and the process started over. 12 months in I still take 1-2 per day.Couple more tips. Read the book "The Breastfeeding Mother's Guide to Making More Milk." Got some real helpful tips. Also, my lactation consultant didn't seem to think I had supply issues. Somewhere along the way I realized that it was a slow letdown issue. In the early days LO would give up if the milk didn't come right away. LO eventually learned to be patient. This meant I tried switching each breast twice and if I still had nothing, I gave supplement - at some point when you have a sobbing baby at your breast, withholding food is just cruel - it's not about one's ego to exclusively breastfeed. LO learning to trust the breast was a combination of giving 2 oz first so that LO wasn't starving and more likely to be patient for a letdown, taking these supplements, and LO would fall asleep at the breast and cough because of an unexpected letdown which would often cause a surprised smile. Good luck with your journey!

Horrible gas and diarrhea both baby and I
These resulted in Horrible gas and diarrhea for both baby and I. We took for 2.5 days. Wish I’d seen other reviews about the gas and colic issues before ordering. Motherlove has a 30’day satisfaction guarantee so if you contact Amazon chat they can help with a refund (at least I’m awaiting one). My IBLC recommended these so didn’t expect such an issue with my GI- worseI’ve ever experienced

Works but causes gas
This product DID increase my supply. HOWEVER, it caused horrible gas in both me and my 3 month old. He also went from sleeping 4-5 hour stretches in the beginning part of the night to 1-2.5 hours and woke up constantly screaming. Luckily, I track my baby's sleep and eating schedule on Baby Tracker so I could tell that the time I started taking these supplements and the moment he stopped sleeping well corresponded almost exactly. I did not start any other supplements or change anything...as a reference point.I've gotta say that this now the SECOND Mother's Love product that has cause atrocious side effects. I also tried their goat's rue which cause massive headaches. I switched back to Legendary Milk for the goat's rue and no headaches. I'm going to try my luck with Legendary's Milkpalooza supplements which have a mixture of nettle and moringa since the moringa seems to actually increase my supply than just goat's rue alone.
