I purchased these to keep in our vehicles in case we come across an accident or stranded automobile and the occupants need heat, such as an elderly person or young child - we would have something to offer. Same idea for the few bottles of water we keep during hot weather. I would definitely toss one in a day pack to keep "just in case" for such use as water collection, signalling, or an actual blanket. These are a bit bigger and thicker than the cheapies out there.

It's an sol mylar blanket not much to say. More durable then others, small and light enough to keep in almost any kit. They didn't come in the usual thicker bag bit of a bummer but still good deal.

Good value, lightweight, easy to just add to your pack without you even knowing it's there, appears to be made of good quality materials.Worth your $.

Strong and won't tear like the cheaper ones.

These seemed the best deal & I’ll be safer in cold weather with these in the car—less bulky than other options & useful to go over the roof as a flare and signal as well as for warmth. Maybe should have 2 per car!

Nice size and I added this to my vehicle emergency kit.

I haven’t used this item yet, it’s tucked neatly in my hiking bag as well as one in each of my vehicle emergency bags. I have no doubt they’re better than the single use Mylar emergency blankets that they replaced.
