Great little lock
It was easy to set the combination that I wanted to use. Nice set the lock was easy to open. Very confident that it will work great during my travels.

Does the job
These work very well and are easy to set up and lock. I feel more secure as my suitcases go through places where things are known to "disappear". The cables are thin enough to pass through zipper holes if need be. I found them a bit tricky to UNlock however, especially when in a hurry. The number wheels are quite loose and get easily unaligned while you are trying to get the cable at just the right angle to release it. Other than that, it seems to be a good product.

Does not open once locked
Does not open once locked. The second one never opened. Doesn't work. Wrote the following to product support: Greetings,My husband put one of these on my bike on May 1. We attempted to unlock the bike for the first time, today, July 8. We followed all instructions and videos and cannot get it... etc. The response from the seller was just an automated non deliverable email error message

Once I figured out how to reset the combination it was fairly easy to use. If the numbers don't line up perfectly it will not open, which could be a good thing right?

Hacen su función , si no están perfectamente alineados los números, no se abren. Parecen un poco endebles, pero por el precio que tienen son correctos.

Funcionan bien, ya los he usado en varios viajes, aunque la cerradura para que la usen los agentes de seguridad sin necesidad de código todavía no se ha usado, por lo que no se si funciona.
