Great book for a 2-year-old who is just learning his ABCs.

This is a cute book! I would not utilize it if your goal is to teach phonics though. My 4 year old already knows her letter sounds but if I was using this to introduce phonics to her, she would just end up confused with their choice of words for some of the letters. Better to introduce short vowels first. With that being said, this is still a super cute and useful book! We are using it more for the tracing with her finger to help introduce her to writing

This book is exactly what my retired teacher grandma heart was looking for. My granddaughter can hear the alphabet and enjoy the flaps now and can add the letter knowledge as she is able. The size and quality look great. I am so excited about this purchase!

For any toddler beginning their letter journey, this book is unequivocally one of my highest recommendations. Its stand-out feature is the ingenious indented pages that guide finger tracing, which my child adores. My only minor quibble is with some of the less intuitive word associations, such as 'yacht' for Y. Despite this, the engagement it provides makes it a 10/10, and its durability means I'd readily repurchase it.
