I think people who do not find it helping or worsening their health may be having any of these issues:- 1) Taking a pill & not eating anything for a while. You must eat after 30-40 mins 2) Not drinking enough water. You need more water than your usual intake. I drink almost a gallon per day. Water nuetralises the body temperature and regulates the activity of the supplement. 3) Have some health conditions they are/aren't aware of, like high BP, hypertension, anxiety disorder, hyperthyroidism etc. 4) They aren't working out at all because the energy has to be utilized else it keeps your body in highly active mode. 5) Aren't having the right carbs & fats. Yup you need these to meet your body's nutritional needs. So before you blame the product, I think you need to check your routine. It is a really good product. 🙌🏼
