I looked for months for a good pillow that I could use as a sidelier, particularly after having a shoulder replacement. I bought several that bit the dust immediately along with the one that looks like a comma, and has the ear hole(!). That one was particularly disappointing. This, however, is firm (and not a memory foam person but I love the way this feels); it's definitely cooling; it does not shift around on my bed. It stays position and I actually might be able to sleep on my back (which is supposed to be a whole lot better for our face and wrinkles and stuff) with this pillow... not sure yet.... but I'm very pleased! Thank you!

I’m a stomach sleeper and I have to say, it took some time to get used to it. But I’m glad I stuck it out. I normally like to put my arms under the pillow but with this I actually feel comfortable when I don’t. The curve in the middle is nice but I rarely sleep right in there. Who does really? I like that you can unzip it and wash it but I have it in a pillow case still. I'm old fashioned I guess. LOL

I suffer terribly with neck and back pain/issues. I wake up every morning with neck pains and stiffness. I go to the chiropractor weekly and after researching a orthopedic pillow, I said it’s worth a shot since the reviews were mostly positive about this pillow. This pillow is great! It takes some getting use to but it honestly helps! Since using the pillow, I have been sleeping much better and not waking up with the aches and pains in my neck and back. I highly recommend this pillow to people who suffer with neck issues/pain. I was so pleased with this product, I ordered a second one for my spouse. The pillow does not have any chemical smells and is really a great product!

You have to let it decompress for a night and let off the smell before using it. It’s a good quality product and the covers are great but it wasn’t for me. It kinda threw my back out of whack (already had some issues) and after a few nights I was walking with a limp, hard to stand up straight. It just didn’t work with me. Back to normal after one night without it.

I have been sleeping really bad for the past year or so on "My pillow": having headaches, not finding the right spot, neck pain, lower head pain, shoulder pain and not a restful sleep through the night. I sleep on my back. I have been looking for the right pillow for a very long time and decided to try on this pillow with the special indentation for the neck and shoulders. The first night I slept on this pillow - I woke up only once in the middle of the night and not because of the pillow. I have been sleeping on this pillow for the last week and have not had any headaches, neck pain or shoulder pain. I have finally found my miracle pillow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would recommend to all who have pain and cannot find the right pillow, try this and it will be your last one.....

It was soft but way to firm, caused my skull to hurt and headaches. I am a back sleeper with several years of injuries and surgery to C5-C6. Also didn't stop my head from turning in my sleep and it stated on the box it was a king size! That is not mention in description and if you don't know your neck/head size then better measure before ordering this. I am 5'4" woman with average build -neck might even be a bit long and I still couldn't get the neck curve to fit right without causing the sides to poke in the side of my skull not allowing my head to fully rest on the center.

This pillow didn't work well for me. I found the shape odd and the memory foam was too stiff and firm. My head could never "sink" into the pillow for support. Also, the proportions seemed off for me.

The pillow is too firm, too fat, and doesn’t conform well to my head, neck and shoulders. It doesn’t matter if I try sleeping on my back or side.
