Frigidaire Professional FPBM3077RF 30" Over-The-Range Microwave in Stainless Steel

The media could not be loaded.  My wife and I have purchased 2 of these convection/microwave range hoods. The first one took a crap after only being a year old. The control board is in the door and the wires that go to the control board got severed by the door…. Poor design.We bought a second one because we have a matched kitchen appliance set, makes sense right? Stupid decision on our part… just over a year later the mother board fried in it also. We are not over users of a microwave either, it may get used twice a day on a big day!Do not buy, I do not recommend!

It had two small dents on it when it arrived. Other than the dents it works fine.

Very nice, lots of options, very quiet compared to what it replaced. easily installed, 2 hrs. including removing old one. will have to wait for durability, less than a week since install. Very quick and safe shipment, arrived in good condition.Looking forward to many years of use.

Several things to be aware of: First, it is really big. If you put this over your stove be sure to measure carefully. It is very big and significantly reduced the distance between the stove top and the bottom of the microwave. Second, the microwave portion of the unit failed within a few weeks of the three year mark of owning it. This was the worst longevity of any appliance I've ever purchased. Third, the vent fan made a lot of noise but never really created any real suction. Finally, the door hinge swings out beyond the edge of the unit so you cannot install it next to a wall (on the left side).

This microwave is very quiet, almost too quiet. It heats and cooks great! The two levels of lighting and 4 level fan are also very useful.

Has all the features you would need, everything fine until two days ago. Stopped working after 2 years. Awaiting repairman $116.00 just to visit my home. Warranty is for one year, have had for 2 years. Repair estimate possibly $250.00 minus visit cost. Hefty sum considering initial out lay. Normally I don't get warranty extensions, wish I had on this one. 5 stars for features, 1 star for longevity for 3 star average.

I was excited to receive this product, but after we opened the box, we found a damaged microwave. The front panel was coming apart and it was dented on the side as if somebody had dropped it off of the truck. I was so disappointed. However I should have known after reading all of the reviews. My only concern is that all of my other appliances are Frigidaire and they are doing well, and I want all of my appliances to match. Sad

Was a little disappointed as it takes a long time to reach temperature and even then, the temperature is not true. Would not buy this product again.
