These are the oddest pants, they are large but the leg openings are way to small. Most underwear that are a size large will have leg openings that are at least 21 to 23 inches these are only 19" with little or no stretch. I couldn't ever get them on, and I wear a size 9 Don't waste you money they are not worth it. I was able to buy PUL Premium Waterproof PUL Barrier Fabric that is soft and made in the USA, got a yard of it for under $9.00 and will be able to make two pairs of waterproof underwear.

kinda tight on the legs, but I guess thats a good thing in case os watery stools

I ordered by waist measurement and they are so big the fall down - this made them unusable on my dad. They are well made and was hopping to use them at night or when we go out.

I bought this for my aging mother to prevent leakage from diapers.Works as described. Very happy with the purchase.Would recommend.Anna B

Best ones I've found so far. Seams around the leg openings are the first things to go which is pretty much impossible to avoid. Waistline seems higher at the front and lower at the back (at first I thought they swere on wrong, but no)..Expensive for what they are.
