Seller should abstain from sending defective products
I felt very bad to notice the tendency of the seller to forward a defective product that too a first time buyer.This is very much contrary to business ethics that against receipt of demanded amount in advance, a defective product is sent (why defective is when pointed out a replacement was made with a promised product as per exhibit).

Not easy to use. I have to grind it for a longer time and still very little powder comes out. Too much hard work.
