A great non-OEM battery replacement
I've always done my own repairs on my phones, including rotating a new battery in once a year in hopes of keeping performance as reliable as possible. I'd gone with a different online retailer's batteries for my last several battery replacements, but they were also $25 plus nearly $10 in shipping, and I wanted to check Amazon to see if there were any similarly-reviewed batteries on here for less, ideally for <$20 total. Sure enough, DEJI's battery popped up as Amazon-recommended. I figured it probably wouldn't be recommended if it weren't decent, so I gave it a shot.Installation was a breeze. I've installed at least a half dozen batteries in my iPhones over the last ten years, so it took less than 5min. The installation kit that DEJI include with their batteries is very high quality and includes everything you need to do a like-OEM replacement. Battery life obviously jumped up by quite a bit vs. the aging battery I'd taken out. I didn't notice anything odd or buggy with my phone post-installation, and it worked great and had excellent battery life (at least a full day following a full charge) up to the point that I eventually traded my 5S in for a 2020 SE.That said, if you're not afraid of doing your own phone repairs and are looking for an affordable option with high-quality installation tools included, you can't go wrong with DEJI's.

Worked in my iPhone 5S.
Included tools were all I needed to replace battery in my iPhone. I highly recommend that you watch 2-3 YouTube videos on replacing the 5S battery before you replace your battery, as watching the process made it easier before I attempted. The only glitch I had was that I needed to remove the battery after the first time installed with the double-sided tape because the power cable didn't reach the connector. I recommend plugging in the battery before you seat the battery in the phone and pulling the tape strips. Other than that everything is OK. Can't answer to battery life because I'm using phone as an iPod, but definitely am charging it less often now.

Awesome Battery With a Full Installation Kit!
Great battery! Had to renew my old 5s, and this battery is doing its job well!I've been using it for about a month and I use the phone quite a lot during the day, and with this new battery I only charge it once in the evening and that's it. It actually lasts for the entire day - it was enough for me to do Zoom video calls throughout the day for over 3 hours, and I still had about 25% left afterwards; while with the old battery, I haven't had that ability since back when the phone was brand new (every call would have to be plugged to a charger with that old battery). Not sure if it's the full 2010mAh that is advertised, but I would definitely think it's about that if it lasts for a whole day of usage. As for the installation, it comes with everything needed to install and although the manual that is provided is fairly understandable, I just watched one YouTube video of "how to" and followed through. Had to improvise a bit to heat up the old battery in order for the glue to come off (it was dead stuck there after over 5 years of usage), but even if that happens, you can use a hair dryer to heat it up quickly and it comes right off. And the new battery is absolutely identical in size and shape as the original one.I must point out, that even though there's not much to do in replacing the battery (the whole thing did take me about 40min though), it does require steady hands as you deal with tiny (and I mean TINY!) components and screws. So if you've never done any LEGO's, you probably should take it to a technician... ;)Overall, awesome product and complete with everything that is needed for the installation.

Complete Kit and Works
Complete kit and solved my battery problem. Battery life is good. Installation was difficult but that is an iPhone problem not the kit problem. You will need to review multiple youtube videos to do the install. A magnifying light would be helpful. I would buy again.

A fun project!
I watched Youtube videos of the battery replacement procedure for iPhone 5e before attempting the process; they were VERY helpful. Replacing the battery was suggested in reference to fixing a "Popped out screen" on Youtube. The process was pretty straightforward but tedious; I consider myself lucky because there were several steps that I could have easily gotten myself into trouble. The biggest uncertainty I had was how to remove the screen and plastic bezel. Should the bezel stay on the screen or the iPhone? My screen was popped out at the top of the phone (opposite end from home button). After watching more videos, I decided that the bezel should be attached to the screen. But since the bezel was partially detached from the screen, I had to glue it back in place. I used Krazy Glue- Craft. This glue is more of a gel than a runny liquid, and I think it gave me more time to work with. It was very satisfying when, after I finished re-assembling the phone, I hit the power button and watched the Apple symbol come onto the screen.

Parts very very tiny, good eyes and hands needed.
It’s very difficult to take iPhone apart as the parts, screws & connectors are so very tiny. You need eyes good for close-up work plus magnifying glasses and hands with no tremble plus bright lighting. Difficult for aged 50+ years. The circuit/wire to the push button electronics is very very fragile and a tug on it will damage it & damage phone. If you attempt work verbalize “ Only lift phone screen bottom 1 inch max” out loud 3x plus write it down 3x to make sure you don’t forget. Also make sure you see which way around the connector metal cap for this is. At battery disconnect stage offer-up and plug in new battery to make sure it works/ charges before continuing. My new battery wouldn’t charge so time and effort wasted.
