Easy to use
It increased the speed of each transaction. This allowed us to service more customers in less time increasing revenues.

Very bad product keeps breaking. I keep purchasing since its the only one that works with my pos

2 out of 3 quit working after a few days! Now we are testing their warranty policy!

Nice crap
Worked for 20 swipes then stopped working in the middle of a transaction with a customer! Unfortunately for us, this is the only one working with our POS on iPad so we'll keep buying, get our money back and buy again until they renew their s*** product.

Good but they don't last forever
We have no other options at the moment but this reader. It states that it is good for a number of swipes then it expires. It should not have a limit.

Didn't work
It didn't work - luckily the ticket vendor that I was working with provided one in an emergency. Wouldn't buy anything to replace it.
