It is small, (the size of a chap stick) but fits in my purse easily. It helps a little with the pain, but the main thing is it helps you relax to deal with the pain, because as anyone with severe migraines knows, the more stress you are under when you have the headache, the worse the headache pain is! I have severe migraines, and I am not going to say this is a miracle cure, but it DOES help while I wait for the Rx to start working.

I suffer from chronic migraine and I'm on 2 different prescriptions to help both prevent migraines and to help with the actual migraine when I get it.I bought this after seeing it on pinterest. I figured why not give it a try! I've used it once or twice and it's awesome. it doesn't last long on your skin but it helps to deal with the migraine when I'm unable to take my prescription

I suffer from semi-frequent headaches and severe migraines. So far this has stopped my headaches, but haven't had a migraine to test it on yet. It is a nice size to be able to carry with me at all times. I will reorder for sure.
