Jetstream regarded as one of the best mainstream pens, and here is the best deal available for refills
These refills work great. We've bought these several times (and also FYI there is a separate listing for 5 at at time instead of 10 so check the prices and see which one is a better deal at the time of your order). My wife writes in pen A LOT, so we go through these pretty fast. I've always bought the 'fulfilled by Amazon' refills, and they are genuine "Made in Japan" Uni/Mitsubishi Pencil products. The packaging (written in Japanese) looks just like the pictures above. They have always, just like the Jetstream itself, worked flawlessly...we've never had a single bad refill.I really don't understand the negative reviews about "won't fit my pen". I'm not sure that is a legitimate reason for a negative review. Yes, you *do* need to be careful to look at the model number of the refill (in this case SXR-7) and make sure it matches the one currently in your pen. There are several Jetstream pens in different fineness and different models, etc. And the refills are NOT all interchangeable across the entire Jetstream line. If you zoom in on the picture of the item above, you'll see the model number on the packaging about 1/3 of the way down. This same number will be somewhere on the barrel of your pen's ink cartridge. If it doesn't match, do some more research.Bottom line: The one's I've ordered on Amazon in the clear cellophane wrappers are authentic Uni-ball refills. And, they work GREAT, if they are the right refills for your Jetstream. They change out very quickly, and the ink keeps flowing literally down to the very bottom (the cartridge will literally be clear when you are done). And, it makes using your Jetstream much cheaper than buying a whole new pen.

Great replacement ink
They fit my Uniball Jetstream RT pen perfectly. I prefer the smaller diameter nib for a finer line. The packaging is all in Japanese, but they're very easy to install, so detailed instructions aren't really necessary.

The smoothest finest, ballpoint pen refills you can buy
The smoothest finest, ballpoint pen refills you can buy. I have yet to come across a refill that I like better. These do not work with the Waterman pen https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B004NS8NLI/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_5though. Much to my dismay. I mainly bought the pen after reading it would work with these. THEY do however work with the TULhttp://www.amazon.com/TUL-Retractable-Pens-Medium-Point/dp/B0018E8TNM/ref=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&qid=1448549273&sr=8-16&keywords=tulpens and I highly recommend them. The tip of the refill will be a little shorter in the TUL pen but that is HUGH BONUS. Here is why, you lose your pen, you're sad, a little dismayed. You also know that pens are a hot commodity in the office or on a ship. It is very hard to get new pens when you are away from land. You have to either get a new one from your stock pile, which would be wasteful, or use a crappy one until you decide you can "build" the new. But this is your lucky day, because you know that this refill looks a little different from all the other pens and their standard ink. As you walk by a friend (I use the term friend loosely because no friend would steal another friends pen), you see them with a TUL pen. Not a big deal they are common enough, but then you notice....the tip, yes just the tip. The finest part of any tool, how smooth and round. It is just a little different, a little shorter. So you ask, So where did you get that pen? They deny everything, stating that they bought just a little while ago. Then you ask to see it, to take the pen apart. You can see the sweat start to bead on their forehead, you say is getting hot or is it just you. They politely say they do not know what you mean...As you unscrew the pen rather slowly, you mention how you had a pen just like this and you changed the refill, how different the refill is compared to the normal ink. You give them one last chance to come clean, they refuse. Only after that do you unscrew the top show them their lack of integrity and AHHA!!!! you say, we are can no longer be friends and challenge them to a duel....SO maybe you don't challenge them to a duel over a pen, but you have found your pen and no longer need a new one. True story. Great refill.

Didn't like these...threw them all out.
Bought these as refills for a couple Uni-ball Jetstream Fine Point Roller Ball Pens I had. I ordered them before mine ran out of ink. I don't like running out of the ink then ordering...but...these leaked ink in the sense they would have like a dot or smudge at the end of a word or letter or whatever I was writing. I don't like that at all...then it can smear. Also, while these say the are .7mm Im not sure they are. When you write with them they feel more like .5mm. VERY disappointed and not at all happy I lost my money!! No more foreign refills for me. Then Im stuck if something goes wrong. Tossed the pens too...got Pentel and happier with those.

These Are Marked .7, but they are Actually .5
These pen refills are marked .7, but they are actually .5s. This is a waste of money and not what I wanted at all. It is hard to tell by looking, but the manufacturer has given the .5 refills a blue hue so that you can easily tell the difference. You can see in the photo that the package is marked .7, but the refills have the blue color and they are indeed .5
