Five Star Spiral Notebooks, 3 Subject, Wide Ruled Paper, 150 Sheets, 10-1/2" x 8", Teal, Yellow, 2 Pack (73031)

Bought these as required by my daughter's high school teachers. They are a nice sturdy notebook and so far (only a month into the school year) they are working out well. We live in a small city and don't always have exactly the style or colours we want available. I did about 50% of my school supply shopping for 5 kids on Amazon this year. So easy - hit "buy now" and two days later a huge box arrives.

I had just purchased a Five-Star 3-subject notebook for my 8th grader that cost me approximately $10. It was personally requested by my daughter because she thought that cheaper notebooks had a cardboard cover that would tear up before the end of the year. I wish I'd have found this first. I would have saved myself considerable funds. A few days later, my 5th grader informed me that she too needed several of these notebooks. I started cringing at the thought of spending $30 for three of them and thought I may need to make a run to our local store in the hopes of finding something cheaper. Then I stumbled onto these. I wanted to pop myself for spending $10 for one, when I could have gotten two for less than $8. And these didn't have a cardboard cover either.

Great except the picture is misleading. It was blue and pink.

I think 5 star is the best. You can't go wrong. Amazon prices were better than the store.

These are notebooks like any other. They came in some really pretty colors but unfortunately they are prepackaged as a set of 2 and you are unable to pick and choose your colors unless you buy one than one set, but who wants to purchase notebooks that they don't need? My daughter wanted pink so I ordered the pink/orange combo. So unfortunately we are stuck with a horrible orange notebook. I hate orange. I would have rated higher if we didn't have to order them prepackaged and could have gotten the teal.

So difficult to find wide-ruled paper. These are great.
