I've got a spinal cord injury from skiing and need support to walk. Hiking poles are very good but I live in Miami Beach (think extremely flat, everywhere) and get a lot funny looks. But, this stylish cane is great, nothing but complements. It's a bit heavier than my hollow metal cane but most of the weight is in the well made metal top. If "I" had better balance it would make the cane a formidable weapon as well as stylish accoutrement. If your like me, really supporting weight on this cane. You'll need to break-in using it slowly to avoid blisters, as this cane is palmed & not grabbed.Dan

The weight is much heavier than was expected which is awesome. The cane seems to be made of the same kind of wood from those three legged accent tables my mom had all over the house. It is sturdy for sure though. I'm using this as a costume prop as I didn't want some flimsy plastic tube; would've deterred from the entire costume. If in the future though, if I need a cane, this will definitely come in handy. I'm 150 lbs and feel this would support me well. The grip of the cane is nice enough and has some design on it. Seems to be decent but not too sure what is underneath the metal exterior; maybe it'll run off eventually, maybe not. Has a rubber foot on the bottom too. Would buy again depending on the purpose.

Gave this as a gift today, Christmas day! It's defective. Does not screw together correctly like theres a part missing or its made incorrectly. Very dissapointed Prime member. Another example of low quality products from Amazon.com!

Very good value for this product the head is solid and heavy and the cane is solid wood with a good rubber foot. Bought this for a tuxedo costume type of event with a top hat and it went exactly right. The Cane is of medical quality so it has many uses after the costume party. Not a throw away item.

The image is just a touch misleading.This bulb-topped cane is bright chrome and not the darker, more subdued impression that the image might give you.Otherwise, this is a very solid product and quite nice.

Incredibly cheap. Absolute junk. Worth about $10, maybe.

My brother loves this cane i bought for him. It's more for dressing up not for a help to walk.

I'm 6-1 285lbs. Had a laminectomy on L4 and L5. Without shoes, just around the house for 1.5 weeks, this thing saved my life!!!! no problem for my giant build!
