I've used these panko crumbs for years. I use them so often, I ordered a small case so I didn't have to risk running out. Many gluten free bread crumbs are NOT IBS-safe as these are. (The others usually have garlic or onion). Crispy with lots of larger crumbs.

It would take a lot to make these bread crumbs soggy. They keep their crunch very well.

These breadcrumbs are crispy, however, there are many large hard lumps which don't break up easily--in fact, I had to pick them out and discard them. Every bag was like this. Next time I will try another brand. Wish I could recommend, but sadly not.

ordered these in bulk because they are hard to find in stores. half the time the shelf is just empty because of demandmy wife is GF, I am not. But these taste so good and give such a good crunchy coat that I prefer these.

Ian’s Panko Crumbs are hands down the best, anywhere! I’ve been buying them for years and the quality and consistency has remained top notch! We love fried zucchini around here and love Ian’s panko for a wonderful crust. Also great as a topping for casseroles. You won’t be disappointed!!
