I work an office desk job, staring at the computer literally all of my day. It would be a lie if I said my every waking moment was full of energy and focus, so that’s where these come in to save the day. Really helps to revitalize my mental alertness and for anyone that suffers the dreaded “3pm slump”. This particular combination of aromatic scents uplifts my mood and awakens me and is a perfect stress relieving tool. I like that this came in a set where I could keep one in my bag as well. Strong and pleasing scent.

There is a very fine line between getting not enough or too much of this in your nose. Not enough and it has little or no noticeable effect. Too much and your nasal passage is burning for 15 minutes. I find the Vicks VapoInhaler to be much more effective at clearing sinuses and it contains similar ingredients that do give you a bit of a mental boost. These are not great, in my opinion, because of the difficulty of getting a correct dose.

Not so natural. More like a light chemical smell than natural mint, so I'll try Whole Foods next time

I've tried a few others but this one is my favorite. One even accidentally went through the washing machine and it sealed so nicely that it wasn't destroyed (unlike others). I really like the scent it has as well. Does a great job of helping a bit when I'm conjested. I'll be buying more of these eventually. Not sure when because they seem to last quite a while.

Did not clear my nasal passage and did not like smell.

I did not like this product , It was not what I expected ....It was not very strong smelling.

I like the scent and the refreshing minty feel. Perfect for times when I’m sick or want to get another scent out of my nasal passage.
