I received this very little phone in a paper bag with one piece of bubble wrap around it I tried to switch cricket card into the phone but I was told it was out of date for cricket wireless phones according to the stats the bestest phone can do is 3GNot a good experience all around

Great 1st time cellphone
For a 2nd cellphone for a 13 year old it isn't bad. Does have 1GB internal storage available to the user to use out of 4GB. Not bad for a kid.
