Worth every penny! Great Wall hanging poster for my massage therapy office. Easy to reference and really appreciated the metal riveted holes for hanging- makes it durable. It's seems like a lot of $ for a poster but I'm sure i will get years of use out of it and use it as reference for my work daily! Also, its one of the few anatomy posters that has the body in anatomical (neutral) position. Well worth it!!

I am a gym rat who happens to have a great trainer. He had taught me so much about my body. I found this poster had enhanced my training. It is so easy to read. Even for someone who doesn’t have the best vision.

It’s a nice size with good detail

I love working out, and I like having this poster in my room to learn about all the different muscles that are in my body. It's the perfect size to hang in my room. My only complaint is that the text for all the muscles is somewhat blurry. It's not blurry to the point where you can't read it, but if you have bad eyes this might be a nuisance for you. For the price, not a bad purchase at all. I got the laminated one and it's pretty nice. If the text was crystal clear, I'd give it 5 stars.

Other reviews on this made me worry my money would be wasted but I'm very happy with this product. It does have grommets and it is definitely lamented and did not have tearing like others said. Great quality and money well spent as it was for my daughter to study off of.
